Love my church. The pastor preaches the gospel without trying to be political correct. My son just got baptized. I am so grateful. 19 baptisms last Sunday. Praise God.

Went to a funeral of a very dear friend and coworker. Calvery Gospel Church did a fantastic job with her service. I got exactly what I needed spiritually. I was blessed by the preaching, the music, and even the musician.

The best pastor, music & overall worship experience in town! I play with the church band as the drummer currently. Pastor Edmondson the music pastor has a wide variety of music with somethings new each week fresh music each week ! We are the 1 of 2 churches open thru this hard time in the local area The only church with indoor extremly safe worship with gr8 music & good quality relatable sermons & seriously well thaught out scripture recitings. Come 1 come all calvery covers it all! Pastor wood has fresh sermons each week extremly good variety of music & sermon topics. Would highly recommended for every1 who loves the lord & wants to continue to worship him during this current crisis!

I have been at CGC since February 1, 2008. I have grown so much in the word! Biblical Wealth follows this ministry!!! Music Ministry is a blessing. College is a-mazing! Outdoor services are fun! Everyone is kind. Pastor Wood is so down to earth. Being a part of this ministry truly feels like home!

During this Coronovirus pandemic I look forward to Pastor Wood's sermons on YouTube. His messages are always relevant to what is happening in the world today. Pastor Wood's refreshing humor gives his sermon the human touch that can be understood by anyone. I thank God for putting him in our lives for such time as this. .
