My family and I are going to be residents at the Marcos De Niza Apartments. From what I've seen the property is very nice and the upkeep is very neat and cleanly. Everyone seems to be very mindful and private. All of the staff in the office are organized and are helpful with any questions that you have with your application and address every concern. I want to give a shout out to Dorina, the lady that is in charge of my Husband's application. She went above and beyond for us and handled our impatience very well and professionally. After an appeal and a decision from corporate, we were approved. The eagerness and impatience my Husband and I had, we are just so very grateful that Dorina helped us through it all. Thank you to Marcos De Niza for giving everyone an Equal Housing Opportunity. -Rianna Mendez

Do not move here. The front office is horrible. Everyone is rude and they change often. Maintenance is non existent. The trash is always full and resident's throw what doesn't fit around it. Stray animals constantly. It's not worth it.
