The ONLY reason we've switched daycares is it doesn't open until 7am. I love this daycare, she grew so fast there. She went from struggling to speak, to speaking full sentences in such a short period of time. This daycare regularly sends photos and updates throughout the day. I never worried about her being there. It's an amazing and safe daycare and I'd reccomend it to anyone with children.
My daughter loves it here! She has grown tremendously since she started about a year ago. The staff shows great care & adoration for the kids, they keep the center clean and are always ensuring the kids are safe. Very warm and welcoming group of individuals. Ms. Shameka is very kind and understanding. Unfortunately this establishment cannot seem to implement policies or ensure there is adequate staffing for the children. My daughter came home numerous times with scars/scratches on her face from other children. They barely can relay what exactly happened nor how the situation was resolved or measures to prevent these incidents and injuries!! It is unacceptable to send home a child with open wounds without disinfecting and protecting the wound. The teacher to student ratio is very questionable and the type of “teachers” hired seem unqualified. Anytime you go in and watch the monitor those “teachers” are occupied by their phones!!! I do not recommend this daycare for anyone seeking care for a 2 year old. Safety should be the #1 priority when it comes to children.
I am so impressed with this academy. I was very clear of my expectations to the owner. She reassured me of the academy's expectations and they have surpassed both! WAY better than any daycare especially as they follow a curriculum based on the age and where each child should be. The instructors work diligently with each student building all skills with an individual plan. I love that my child has the opportunity of being higher in his age group while building social skills. This is what is needed during a time where social skills are beginning to be obsolete. We have seen an improvement on his ability to problem solve and operate in overwhelming situations. I wish they could have him until he goes to college. I will be placing all of my little ones in this academy.
This academy is excellent; my granddaughter attends here and the care and support she receives is great. I watch her identify letters, numbers and will tell you what things are. They are very thorough in what they do, and they do their ample best to insure the health, safety and well being of the children. We get to see videos and pictures of our children/grandchildren to see what they do throughout the day and their level of growth. Professional and courteous; they are the best. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
