When I say BEST CENTER EVER! I love Ms. Janet and her staff. My son started FLA when he was 4 months until he started prekindergarten this year! I love that they update you through brightwheel and very responsive! You can see what your kids ate, needs, and pay through the app! The highlight of our 4 years of being at FLA had to be when Ms. Janet threw our babies heading to prek a graduation! Since changing centers I can honestly say that this is something she loves doing. Within our time being there she has updated the center, bought more toys and things for the center, u can tell she’s not just in this business because it is lucrative but because it is her passion! Thank you FLA we miss yall!
So let me start by saying I’m a new mother of one, and this is her first time at daycare. If you are nervous about putting your child in the care of others, choose this place. They are WONDERFUL. They have been so patient and understanding with all my momma worries. They answered all my questions and don’t mind me lingering a little longer in the mornings at drop off. All of the teachers here are so kind and know my little Jellybean by name and say hi to her every morning. Leaving your little one for the first time can be so hard, they make the transition as easy as possible. I get a report card daily of her day (what she ate, what she did, her naps, her potty schedule, etc.) and I get pictures with their app! the love and patience of the caregivers here, is phenomenal. Rest easy knowing your little one is in good hands.
I cannot express how disappointed my family and I are with our experience at this daycare. It has truly been the worst we've ever encountered. One glaring incident stands out: my daughter was left with a running nose and not once was she cleaned up. The staff had sent us a message notifying us that she had a cold, so we assumed they were taking care of her. However, after a few hours, we decided to check in and see how she was doing. When we arrived, we found her in the exact same condition as in the photo they had sent us—still with her nose running and looking very uncomfortable. It was heartbreaking to see her in such a state, and it raised serious concerns about the daycare's level of care and attention to the children's well-being. NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY SANE FAMILY THAT LOVE AND CARE FOR THEIR CHILD.😈
First time my 2year olds are in daycare and after 3 days, they were willingly walking in with no crying at drop of or pick up. I cannot thank Ms Janet and Ms Dee enough! I absolutely recommend this facility to parents!
Great center!! My child has been going here for years and we love it. Stays open late and my child always has a good time. Thank you for everything!!
