I am a resident here and I am very depressed about staying here. They constantly send multiple letters to the door about inspections Property manager hara is very rude. I paid so much in tech With all the repairs I've had in the past. The office ha s no solution tk anything. I also asked to speak with someone above the property manager and there was no information given. They will make mistakes then sweep it under the rug. Then blame you. They did my friends recertification packet late then charged them a large amount in rent after they went two months back even after they submitted the rent portion they were required to pay. Now they owe over 1000 in rent which they could get evicted and become homeless with 5 children . The new property manager is very nasty. I've seen alot of residence belongings being put out on the streets. This is supposed to be a program to help individuals. Seems like a scam. I wouldn't recommend anyone to move here. My friend is suffering and that isn't cool.

I've been here for about a year now, and let me tell you it's been a nightmare. My upstairs neighbor son stole my camera along with another individual which is a known neighbor also.that stole my camera. I contacted the police department. I was able to get my money back instead of me having them arrest there son for stealing they disappearing shortly before the cops arrived. So now three of my neighbors dislikes me then across the street are other neighbors who are also making false reports on me. I run a small business so I'm not always home. I'm out working attending meetings trying to make ends meet for my children as a single mother of 7. So I have my family members babysitting for me They made false reports saying I have someone living in my home when that's false. So I tend to get multiple letters on my door . This is harassment at this point. The moment I pulled up to my apartment not even 5 minutes later the office people were there. Trying to hand me a letter. This is all starting to make sense because the staff at the front office processed my recertification packet late now the new property manager hara feels after my rent increased she could go back two months prior to collect more money from me. This is illegal. Not to mention I've paid well over 10k in teco payments living here, moving into this unit I've had many hot water leaks and problems with the water heater There appliances are no good. I asked if I could be given a reimbursement check they said no.They put so much energy into trying to stalk residents instead of replacing there old appliances. Staying here was a very bad decision. They are very greedy for money. I also had teco come out to do an audit in my apartment. My water heater was very rusted and old. And my water heater was set so high I believe he said it was set to 180. Should be at 120 Also the laundry room the set up isn't good for running appliances as there isn't much air circulation in the units.another reason why my teco may have been so high. My neighbor upstairs recently had problems with her ac she thought it was a leak coming from her sink. So I had about several leaks in my apartment which caused them to bring in about 2 humidifies to stop Any mold in my unit . My walls look bad in my laundry room from all the leaks from upstairs and from the water heater. I assume when I move out I'll be charged for those damages also. I turn off the breaker for the AC just about everyday now along with a few other things . Two months ago my teco was $1,150 . I only have 1 television In my home because I haven't been able to really afford Internet or furniture or much after living here I had to make changes to how Im living which is sad. I guess the neighbors and the office staff are all working together to have me and my children put out. So that the high prices I've been paying to teco will just get swept underneath the rug also. Just like them trying to take more money from me even after the rent for July and August was already paid and submitted. I guess that will gets swept underneath the rug also Everyday I receive letters about inspections. I am praying I move out soon. Although with all the high amounts I'm paying to TECO plus now I'm being charged for rent that was already submitted after the increase in my rent they are now going back two months of rent that was already paid. This has put a for sure burden on me and how I care for my children financially. Before moving into the unit fully. Contact teco department to have them do an audit first. That way they can print out a slip to give to you to show the maintenance at the office to come and make any adjustments if needed . I hope this review was helpful. Blessed day everyone 🙏

Seems as though the new management cares about rent only and not trying to find a solution as to lower the electricity cost and to put better working appliances in the home instead they are focused on the rent money meanwhile people are struggling trying to maintain teco knowing they have multiple repairs in the units. Sad they have no solution. It's either pay rent or you get evicted no solution. Staying here has been a nightmare, every other month they have inspection back to back still no solution. Inspections are on a month to month basis you can't live comfortably.

I live here for 11 years. Management is working very hard. The maintenance are doing A very good job. Erick work very hard , together with the rest of maintenance. They all have a very good sprit and all of them are very respectful. In all my years here. We never had people that work so hard like they do. Management are also trying very hard to make this place ,one of the best place to live. I thanks God for all of them everyday. We as tenants need to do our part too. This is a community of families, therefore let help each other ,maintenance and management to keep it that way. GOD BLESS EVERYONE.
