Wonderful church and congregation. Very inclusive and welcoming. One of the few churches I have been in that do not make you feel judged. Sermons are great and make you think out of the box in your faith. Love being a member and attending when I am in the area.
There are many church choices in the dmv to choose from, and in trying to find a church where just being a Christian is seemingly harder than it sounds. Many churches have lost this message - it’s hard to keeping it in balance or straight especially in the dmv - new cars, new homes etc sometimes cloud being good to your neighbor, and being Christian. That’s the FUPCDC message - strive to be Christian. I walked in with my family and felt welcomed. All are welcome! I was welcomed. Thank you!
FUPCDC is a great place to learn and grow in your faith. The people are friendly and welcoming. There are many activities and programs to be involved with. This church serves the community and looks out for one another! It is a blessing to be apart of this vibrant church on the corner of Minnieville and Cardinal. Come worship!
The people at First United Presbyterian Church in Dale City are very welcoming! The congregation is diverse, and both the congregation and the pastor are all great people! Sunday services are meaningful, relaxed, and enjoyable. The Children’s sermons are amazing for both children and adults! I highly recommend checking this church out!!
Atheist here. Understand that these people are the followers and fans of Jesus that make me grateful for Christianity. Every religion has its grand folks, and these people are paragons of Christianity. My wife is a member, and they welcome me at every front and have never tried to change or alter me in the least. They follow Christ's example instead of fetishizing his suffering. Good, good people.
