I’m a trumpet player and I’ve played music at this church since the early 90s. Will be back again after many years to perform in a jazz concert. Beautiful stained glass.
I have to say I have not attended service but live directly in the community. I love their community service, after a recent tornado in the area they quickly became a shelter and opened their doors, that’s what I expect of places of worship. Glad to see there’s good leadership involving community services. Keep up the good work for the people.
We rented out the log cabin for an event and the location was beautiful, event hall was very pretty but Wendy was horrible to work with. She was extremely rude she showed up made faces and stared at my guest the last 45 min as we were leaving / cleaning up. She had a horrible attitude and I would not recommend working with her. My mother in law tried calling about setting up times and she was as well extremely rude to her on the phone. She does not know how to speak to people in a polite way. Very unprofessional
Signed my daughter up for their summer camp and had the worst experience. First of all on the first day of dropping her off, we heard screaming coming from the second floor then 4 adult guys were bringing a teenage boy down the stairs who was screaming to them to let him go and pushing and shoving. I think this was a sign to not leave my daughter there. I spoke to a coach Mike before leaving her and told him my daughter had a brace and to please sit her out if there were any activities where she could fall or hurt herself and he agreed. On the third day of camp my daughter came home crying saying coach Mike while playing dodgeball threw the ball so hard and hit her on her hand where she had the brace so hard it immediately got red and bruised. During that same game he threw the ball again so hard he made another little girl cry because he again threw the ball so hard and hit her on her nose. I went to the church wanting an explanation since I didn't pick my daughter up that day. If anything an apology to my daughter since she said he didn't even give her one, and only gave her an ice pack because she asked for one. Well we definitely didn't get that we got an attitude and rudeness from coach Mike. He didn't show no type of concern or even apologized. If this is his attitude inside a church I don't want to run into him outside of church. We had to ask to speak to whoever was in charge of the camp to which another man came and didn't make a difference, he also didn't show no type of compassion or caring. My daughter didn't return to the camp, and I felt so bad that she had to experience this at a church where she was supposed to feel safe and cared for. I don't know what this grown man is doing working or worst playing with children. Now I understand the incident with the teenager!
The best worship and community church. The pastors are great as well as staff. They definitely take pride in giving back to the community in different ways. They saved me and my marriage.
