My children absolutely LOVE their daycare as do I! All of the teachers are wonderful and kindhearted. They love all the kids and the kids love them!! Ms Ashley is great! Very clean center. I drop my children off with no worries. I’d recommend this center to anyone. It’s truly a blessing.

Idk where to begin with this daycare. I thought it would be a good choice because I know the director Ashley Burno personally. I guess knowing people doesn’t make a difference these days. When my oldest son Jacori first started it was okay. He loved Miss Angie that was in his room. After she left, it’s been minor issues that could have been handled. October 12th I found out that on September 28th, my youngest son Jaidhn was left up front unattended for 10-15 minutes alone propped up in his car seat. I normally drop my kids between 845-9. Jacori has therapy every Thursday at 9. His therapist walked into the daycare and both my kids was up front as she walked in at 9AM that morning. When I asked Ashley about this. She “claim” she did not know. After finding out that Jayden is who opened the door this particular day. She is stating that she walked Jacori to his classroom. And that when she came back to get Jaidhn, his dad was gone and that he propped him up on the side. Which is definitely a LIE. Because for one, we ALWAYS take Jaidhn out of his car seat when we get to the daycare. If they take Jacori to the back we never leave until we release Jaidhn to someone. Either way it go, when my son therapist got there Jayden still proceeded to the back with my 9 month old left right up front. So why wasn’t he taken to the back then? The therapist took a picture of my son being left unattended. Around 9:14 Bubbles got to work and noticed Jaidhn was still sitting up front at the daycare and asked Jayden why was he still there and Jayden said she don’t know. But bubbles then took him to his class. During the 10-15 minutes that Jaidhn was left up front unattended, Ashley came to check on him twice. Ashley is denying this 100%. Stating that she did not know and that the therapist is lying on her. And she don’t know why her name is involved. This is sad. My question is, if Jacori was taken to his class, how did he end up back up front? Also if Jaidhn was taken out his car seat, why was he found in his car seat after he’s been dropped off? Ashley first said that she wasn’t there and did not get there until 12. She had me call her a few hours after this happened and confirmed to me that she checked her time clock and it was 12. DSS later came to the daycare talked with Ashley, now all of a sudden she was there at 6AM. So her story about when she got to work has changed. She’s the director but doesn’t know what’s going on at this daycare, how is that possible? I wouldn’t dare leave my kids in her care. She plans to open a new daycare of her own, but can’t run the one she’s already working at. You have people trusting you with their kids and this doesn’t sit well with me at all. Some maybe scare to speak up, but im not! I never got the full story, but I do know that Jayden quit working there less than a week later.

My 2.5 year old loved it here. This school year they really ramped up the learning portion of things and we saw the difference. She came home singing new songs, counting, learned some Spanish. Ashley really cared about our daughter. Our newborn started there as well and everyone absolutely loved her. She came home happy and fed. We had to leave due to moving farther away recently. Only negitive side was that there was no online portal to make payment and some other daily updates a online portal offers. If we EVER had a question they were quick to answer. And if there was ever a fall we knew.

I love Faith Academy . The director & the teachers care so much about the kids. Not only do they teach the children basic skills - but they instill manners and promote good behavior. I’ve witnessed some of the worse attitudes from parents - but they always seem to take it with grace & love on the kids even harder beyond that .

Please do not take your children here. It's disgusting. It's not new nasty it's nasty that has been caked on for months of not cleaning nasty. I witnessed a child, maybe 9 or 10 years old, carrying 6 bags of trash to a room and then going over to a vacuum to use it but was given a dirty look by an employee so she went and hid in a dark room. I don't know what's going on it this place, but I have a horrible feeling about it. If you love your children send them somewhere else. Also everyone in there is extremely rude and ignorant. I can't believe this daycare hasn't been shut down by dhec yet!
