My daughter has been going here for a few years now and she absolutely loves it. She started off a bit shy but I have really seen her blossom with this school. As someone who's worked in daycares before I know how difficult and tiring it can be, but I can tell the staff here really cares for and supports all their kids. I would definitely recommend this facility to any anxious parent.
We are new here but have heard nothing but amazing things from everyone who has come through this school. My four year old absolutely loves it! He comes home and they send a wonderful little written note about what they did each day. He has grown so much academically and I love how much time they spend playing outside. My 2 year old is currently on the waitlist and I’m hoping he gets in! I absolutely recommend essential steps!
My daughter attended this daycare for 6 months before I decided to stay home with her. We LOVE this facility. She loves going, they take care of her and communicate well. Since we have been home, she asks about "school" every day. We really miss it.
We are so happy we chose Essential Steps for our daughter. She has been attending for almost a year and has learned so much. It is so nice to go to work knowing that she is in such wonderful hands. Their communication is great and she has so much fun. We wouldn’t choose anywhere else for our little one.
Essential Steps is not a good place for kids. First of all, staff are not able to manage there; most of the time I saw they sit on their chairs and eat snacks! and children play with not enough controls. Because of this mismanagement, children have issues there and often time staff try to hide realities from parents and show everything is fine at Essential Steps. Also, some of their staff discriminate between children; as I mentioned above, they are not able to manage the place so try to finger point a child and show him or her as a center of all of their issues so, they put too much stress on some of the kids whom they don't like! I don't recommend Essential Step as a good place to grow kids; you just waste your money and your kid will be mad after while.
