My son has been going here for 6 months now and I could not love it more. The teachers are all so amazing with my child. They are very tentative, and reliable. I never have to worry when I drop my child off at daycare. I could not say enough good things about encompass. I’m so thankful for them! Each and everyone there!
My grandkids started here almost 10 months ago and I don't know where to begin on this review. After reading the previous reviews I wanted to share my experience with them. The ladies in charge have been so much more than " in charge"...they went above and beyond to transistion my grandkids not only into daycare but being a positive part of their lives. The staff/teachers who have cared for my grandkids have been nothing less than loving, caring, positive influences. They have all supported me and my family by offering guidance and their expertise on raising my precious, beautiful grandchildren. As for the previous reviews.... Kids in daycare and school will get sick...they are kids..they spread germs...just a fact. The kids wash their hands as they enter the classroom and throughout the day. Parents have to work so they have to bring their kids to daycare, sometimes they are sick before you even know it..and that's how others get sick....not the daycares fault...its life. Daycare is a business, every daycare, therefore you have to pay your "bill" or unfortunately you can't bring your kids, workers need to get paid just like every job. This daycare center is highly rated and rightfully so in my opinion. I could go on and on but I will end with a Thank you to all of the staff!
My sons have been going here for about 4 months and I have seen them grow socially and intellectually since they've started. The staff is friendly and very kind to the children. If you show the staff and the center respect then you will be respected. The nasty reviews are a joke from disgruntled people who obviously can't follow the rules.
The staff and teachers are great no complaints but their billing department is insane one week you owe this then surprise next week it's 400.00 more than we told you. Nothing is consistent and they don't warn you of changes at all.
My son has been going here since he was 6 months old. He is now 4 and a half and will start 4k here as well. Our experience has been great
