What Parents Say
Encompass Carol B Bush Center receives mostly glowing reviews praising patient, kind staff who foster connections with children and families. However, one parent reported being denied enrollment for their autistic son despite initial assurance of accommodation, citing discriminatory treatment.
Encompass - Carol & Robert Bush Center is GREAT! The teachers and staff are patient and kind. They take the time to develop connections with each kiddo and are making lasting impressions. They share excitement and joy with the parents as children reach new milestones. I am also impressed with the Directors of the center. They strive to keep families informed and connected about what’s happening at the center. They do so much behind the scenes that makes each day great. I appreciate that they are open to feedback and new ways to thinking. I would highly recommend this center to friends and family.
Encompass Early Education & Care, Inc. - Carol & Robert Bush Center is a wonderful place! Every staff member is so kind and caring. Every morning the teachers greet the parents and children and make it a welcoming environment. The app is also a great technology feature and makes it convenient to communicate with staff throughout the day in real time.
CBC center has gone above and beyond for the past 5 years of caring for my kiddo. They have helped us with numerous things, like tuition assistance, so I can work as a single mom and still provide for my child while he is still being cared for in a safe environment. It feels so good knowing my child is safe while I'm at work. They also have a family advocate who can help parents with a multitude of things. They can help get you connected to resources as well.
One of my kids are autistic and I let them know when he started. They said it wasn't an issue at all and that he would be fine there. He had a twin sister in his class and an older brother in another.. I go to drop them off on a Friday and I start a new job on Monday and they told me that my other 2 children can stay but because my son is autistic they weren't able to accommodate him any longer. They literally kicked my 2 year old son out of daycare because he has a disability and wanted me to separate him from his siblings because of it. I've never felt so disrespected in my life. Luckily I found a daycare for all 3 (Just for Kids on Larsen) and my son's teacher has an autistic child to so she can relate better. Also the kids there are really mean. I do not recommend.
My family loves the teachers and staff. Our children have full days of learning and enrichment day in and day out. We are so lucky to be a part of this community!
