What Parents Say
EMPOWER is highly rated by parents for its affordable private pay pre-school program with small class sizes and caring staff. Parents praise the clean, well-equipped facility and school-like atmosphere that effectively prepares children for kindergarten and supports their academic and social development.
Don't take your kids here, They won't even get a fighting chance, Seems like the school, puts on a nice front just to get the numbers, but are no where near as qualified as they claim.. If you do go hopefully you dont get Ms Amber as a teacher, She has no personality, terrible communication, doesn't look thrilled at all to be a teacher, gives up easily and shouldn't be teaching kids with special needs..
Both of my daughters (8 & 3) have went/go to this school for the private pay pre-school program. It's surprisingly affordable, the classroom size is small and all the teachers are wonderful. I believe this program helped prepare my oldest for school better then when she was going to a daycare preschool program due to the school-like atmosphere. Not only do they learn academics & how to socialize but a preparation for the transition to kindergarten.
I came here with my sister who works here to help move some of the exercise equipment, chairs, and a bunch of stuff into storage. The place is really clean, there's plenty of room to relax, there's a tv and plenty of seats, there's more than one bathroom (which is surprising for a building so small), there's plenty of supplies and food, the decor is very calming, the a.c. is a little loud but it works really well and it starts up quickly, and theres even a piano. 10/10 would visit again
I received help from a speech pathologist at Niagara Cerebral Palsy's old location throughout the late 1970's due to my severe stuttering, which I had endured since elementary school. I looked up this website just now out of curiosity since I now have a student who stutters, as I once did. I now teach high school English, theater, and (ironically) pubic speaking. I am grateful for the life-changing help I received long ago from your organization. I'd like to help my student find similar help here in Hillsdale, Michigan.
