I had a doctor appointment today and as I was leaving about 10:15 and witnessed an event I am not comfortable with. Small children were being walked outside and headed back to the daycare. I saw one of the daycare workers (dressed in a light red sweatshirt, brown hair get into one of the little kids face and yell, “you stop it right now!” It wasn’t what she said as much as the tone and how she said it, screamed at the child”. It caused me to jump in response. I feel badly for the child involved and the other children to hear this. Disturbing! I do not normally get involved but felt I needed to report this on the website.

You should never have to worry about your child's safety at daycare. The staff would, on numerous occasions, call us at home to pick little Eddie up because his behavior was so-called unacceptable. They made it clear they were not capable of handling a slightly eccentric toddler. We removed him early from the program for fear of mistreatment. Extremely dissapointed in this program

My son has been going to Small World for 2 years since he was an infant. After visiting several daycares and sobbing after most visits, I found Small World after visiting NYS's OCFS. I loved it when I visited. Ms. Toni loves babies and she has become such a big part of my son's life. The playground area is huge and has grass. They do cloth diapers. It's a nut-free facility. It's also reasonably priced. I would recommend Small World so much so that when moved closer to Buffalo, we still drive 30 minutes out of our way to keep our son there.

The workers do everything to accommodate everything my infant needs. They take good care of him and they've helped him develop in various ways.

PLEASE DONT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!!! The lady that runs the places is so rude and a liar they lie to you about your kids and what goes on at the center the old director was suspended and not one word was said to us parents.
