They have the worst hired grass cutters in the world!! They leave grass all over the damn sidewalks front and back I walk with a walker or a cane grass every damn where they need to hire somebody or do something better SMH

State calls on workers to landscape, pays them out of pocket, then charges residents for electric which is supposed to be included. They take away human rights and basic freedoms of those living there.
