Elite Playcare Center

My children have been long-term students at this center. My teenagers were in this school from 3 up to 12 and then I brought my newborn back here. I felt safe and he has spent his whole life at this place. I loved the teachers, but the owner does not care about his staff nor the kids. He looks at them like dollar signs. The owner and the new director did not stay on top of the certifications needed and 21 kids had to scramble to find a new daycare during the holidays after being given a 2 week notice. The director(who never introduced herself to me) did not even tell the parents. She had the assistant send a text message to the parents. She smokes in front of the daycare during drop offs with the kids in view and does not communicate the holiday times with enough notice which leaves parents scrambling. I am saddened by the way this daycare has fallen. I am saddened that 21 kids have to be uprooted and moved, and I am sadden that teachers are left jobless during the holidays. To be honest.....this is not the same Elite I have loved and trusted.

Second week here and oh my goodness the staff is amazing! Mrs. Juanita is so loving and just answers every question you may have quickly. The chef Mrs. Theresa is full of joy and loves seeing her Little ones happy with their tummy's full. Ms. Nora the infant teacher is the best at giving you any and all information of your little ones day and Ariceli brings me back to the good old days in class when our teachers used to sing and dance with such positive vibes in the classroom 🙌🏽 this place is going to be shining brightly again in the near future I can just tell!

Awesome experience with Ms. Nora in infant room. Ms. Nora was well recommended from a family friend, and I know she’s been working with babies for the past fourteen years she amazing! I have had a pleasant experience with Elite playcare. Ms. Monica is a great director and always makes sure that everyone is well taken care of, and always super sweet. My 4 year old son is in the toddler room with Ms. Aracely and she is great with kids!

I never thought I wanted to be a Director of any Childcare center. I just wanted to teach the children and watch them grow. I can not begin to tell you what a blessing being the Director of Elite Playcare has been to me for the last 4 years. I have gotten to meet some amazing parents and teachers. And some wonderful children that has really kept me on my toes.

I have gone through my fair share of daycares with my children. When I first came to them they assured me of course the safety of my child and all the good stuff you want to hear but i was still skeptical. It has been a year now and my 3 year old daughter Emma Villarreal absolutely LOVES going “ to school.” They have wonderful structure , fantastic and CARING teachers and a wonderful head of operation Ms. Josie . I believe in any corporation your employees are as good as thier leader . And my beliefs stand true. Emma knows how to count to 10, can sing her ABCs and communicates all her different emotions in a positive manner & I know all of those things are a huge impact caused by a devoted staff that actually TEACHES my child instead of letting them play toys and watch tv all day like I’ve seen in so many other daycares. I can’t be more grateful for Ms. Josie and Emma’s favorite Ms Mary. Unfortunately, I left Elite due to some personal matters but Elite will always be my first choice. Now , all I hope is that they start to bus ride to Turner Elementary next year so I can transfer my son. ;) Keep it up teachers and volunteers, you’re doing great.
