Its literally been on my heart everyday to say something.I cant put my finger on it but something just didn't sit right with me with this daycare it just was strange..I would pick my daughter up sometimes and it would be like they was hiding her took them a very long time to open the door or let me back to get her.Everyday I would pick her up or drop her off she would be screaming. The daycare she goes to now she never cry's.Also this one incident I literally called my best friend crying because I hate as a parent I had to drop my daughter off there not knowing if she was ok especially because shes had bad experiences at her previous daycare, and my baby cant talk yet and slightly autistic but It was about 5:30 pm and I arrived to pick my daughter up & she was screaming at the top of her lungs the African american teacher was feeding apple sauce to a small babyboy( whom i later found out was a baby of an employee there )he was sitting in a carsest on the floor in the office and my baby was staring at them screaming in hurt and pain reaching for the apple sauce and she just had my baby there screaming…my baby was starvingggg and was denied food ,When she got home she ate an entire big plate of food.you never ever feed a child and dont feed the others even outside of a work environment, after that I literally had to send her with snacks in her bag and leave work early sometimes to ensure she ate if it was late in the evening.I wasnt going to say anything because I had no proof or honestly never saw them harm her other than the food situation but as shes been going to this other daycare im getting a 100% positive difference and assurance. Also I registered her because the walkthrough in the beginning said she would have a curriculum and lunch calendar but I would ask daily how she did and what she ate and the teacher couldnt tell me.Im definitely not being negative or accusing the daycare this is just for training purposes for the employees to have parents to be more at a ease of leaving their kid there and probably keep the parents engaged and informed of their child progress..And I do must say the younger Caucasian girl who watched her was so sweet and nice ,she did after the food incident made sure my baby had her evening snack. .And everytime I picked her up she was clean & all of her belongings was in tact..,It actually saddened me I had to move her to a different daycare because the location was perfect!I do want to thank the workers for the caring of my child while she was there I just didnt have a good assurance !When the director is there in the office it does seem like it runs way more smoothly! Oh to add I miss work several times because of their strict policy of not bringing kids after 9 my child was denied access for care but i still had to pay for those days, now that i dont think was fair !

All four of my kiddos have attended Bright Scholars, from ages 6 months-8 years old and I have only wonderful things to say. This was the 3rd child care center we’ve tried and the only place we feel completely at ease dropping off our baby to. Maria and Lupe in the infant-12m room are absolute gold: kind and thorough and safe. My baby always reaches out her arms to go to them, and is always happily playing or in someone’s arms when we come to pick her up. Everyone knows my kiddos by name and happily greets them excitedly. I’m very happy to have found this team to help us through the young years. 😊 To whoever is reading this, wondering if you can trust them with your kiddos, take a breath, you’re doing great! Ps. Look at the cute art projects the send home.

My son has been going here since he was 12 weeks, and he now is now three years old. The staff has been really great for us. Mrs Lisa, and Mrs Cynthia in the front are always super communicative with any issues I have, or my son has. From infants Miss Lupe and Miss Maria, to toddlers Miss Sara, to the three year old teacher Miss Monica. Everyone has been truly wonderful. My son is excited to go to school on the morning especially to see Miss Sara.

My girls have been going here since December 2020. I would not put my daughters anywhere else because I know they are always taken care of and having fun. ALL of the teachers are great and the director Mrs.Lisa is phenomenal. She works with people and truly does understand peoples situations. If anyone has a “bad” experience here, maybe it’s because you have gone through 3 different childcare facilities already and you aren’t getting anymore accommodations. 🤷🏻‍♀️ #GoBrightScholars

This is the best daycare in Conroe Texas. Every since my children started here it has been a pleasure to them as well as myself. My babies attended another daycare in the same area that was awful. Everyday they cried when I dropped them off but, since attending Bright Scholars Academy they are much happier now & so am I. My two year old is learning a lot for the little time she has been here. The staff is very friendly & greet us every morning with a friendly welcome. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would. They're kid friendly, very clean, & an awesome staff. Highly recommended.
