This place is amazing to start your acting carrerr! Mr. Brandon the acting director is a joy to work with also landing me in many movie parts! I've been here since December, and Brandon Ellis is the most amazing acting coach I've ever had. He is supportive and uplifting. He works around your uncomfortably and helps you overcome your obstacles with love, support, and fun. He had a way of explaining things so you understand. With my ADHD, that is a hard thing to do in getting me to understand, and he does it flawlessly. Miss Hazel is an absolute doll and a great boss babe. The staff there is amazing as well. They don't judge you when you first meet them. They are friendly, professional, and treat you like family. They really brought out the best in me and my sister in less than six months. They have become great friends to us, and I am forever grateful.
Drama and Arts Academy is literally an answer to prayer. Early on we realized our daughter's talents in the arts and were unsure of where to go to help her grow. Drama and Arts Academy became more than just a place for her to go and grow, Ms. Hazel and her talented team became a part of our village. Our daughter has been blessed with exposure, opportunities, and a strong foundation in the arts that continues to prepare our shooting star for a future out of this world! My 9 year old son has been in Fayetteville location for after school program about 6 months now. He's been really enjoying and learning drama and dance in positive ways. Staff are friendly, kind and reliable! I'm very happy I found this place for my son.
My daughter has attended Drama and Arts Academy for several years beginning at it’s alternate location in College Park. Now at age six she’s involved in ballet at the Fayetteville location. She truly loves it! Every Saturday morning she’s so excited about going and learning the techniques from her instructor. After class she shows me what she’s learned. This has given my daughter so much more confidence which is amazing. It’s great to have a family oriented establishment that teaches our youth and offers children the ability to expand their horizons. Thank you so much Drama and Arts Academy! Truly a rare gem on the southside for our future leaders.
