I was in there from June of 2024 to around February of 2025 the staff there is amazing residents are very polite and kind this place is wonderful if you are ever in a bad situation and need to get out of it this is the place to contact or go to amazing staff wonderful support systems I never felt safe until I was there.
I barely do everything before I got there and I still couldn't find my pajamas that put in the basement and my black bodysuit and I mentioned something and the response I got was not my problem and I never got a refrigerator I was there a month the only thing I got help with my school and a letter for housing that its.
It was a blessing to be here!!! I stayed here for 3 weeks after being homeless for a year. I was put out immediately because of my background which I had mentioned during my intake. Overall the residents were so sweet to me and I loved having my own room! That place is blessed by God and whoever owns that place surely needs to thank God everyday because it’s only him that made it possible for things to be the way they it is in that facility. Everyone deserves a second chance and even though I made a mistake in my past surly doesn’t mean I am a monster! May God have mercy and grace on the director and staff in Jesus name Amen!
The Staff at Crosspoints are genuine and made me feel comfortable from my 1st visit. I've never felt rushed or like my questions are "trivial"..... They treated me with kindness and respect which made it a lot more easy to open up and be honest about my concerns. I am greatful for this facility and the staff's kindness. Not all places in Danville will treat a person with mental and physical disabilities as reapectfully as Crosspoints does. (Whether you recieve Medicaid/ Medicare or Blue Cross Blue Shield!) 😃😃😃😃😃😃😃
The staff are very welcoming and nice. I had been so uptight about getting my evaluation and diagnosis.... and by time it was done I had gotten to let go of quite a bit of stuff that was beyond overdue to be let go
