What Parents Say
Kid-Konnection receives mixed reviews with strong praise from most parents who highlight caring staff, long-term enrollment, and child development support, but serious concerns raised by others regarding hygiene, illness transmission, and supervision of children's safety.
We have our grandchild enrolled. He's been there since 6 weeks old. He's 5 now. I am very pleased with his care. Lisa Vance owner is very helpful. Our child enjoys going. They have some good people working there. They take him to school and pick him up after. He eats. They've been good to us!
I love this place, and both my children go here. My oldest start when she was 6 weeks old, and my youngest started when she was 9 weeks. I can breath easy while being at work knowing both my kids are well taken care of. I am a single mother and they are like a sencond family to me and my kids. They have helped me in so many ways. My oldest is just about pottyed trained thanks to them all helping me out. They really work with your child and take care of them like they our theirs. I drive 20 mins out of my way just to know my kids will always be safe. I could not ask for a better group of peope to be in my childrens life.
This place is awful.in the short time (not even a year) my daughter was there she had hands, foot and mouth 3 times.she had the flu,RSV,a yeast infection, non wiped privates and just sick all the time.new environments are hard on a child but this was excessive.she stayed in the infant room at 17 months old and always came home with her socks black on the bottom because the floor is so nasty. If it was up to me this place would be shut down.save your child and yourself the headache and send them somewhere better.
Kid Konnection has been great for my two children! I am confident that my kids are receiving good, quality care. They provide a warm and friendly atmosphere, and encourage learning through play. I would recommend them to anyone looking for day care.
A couple of years ago a friend of mine had trouble at this facility. I assumed maybe a personality conflict given that her child was preadolescent. My view of kid connection changed recently when my three year old great nephew was "beat up" by two other children his age. I question where were the supervising adults? Why wasn't his grandmother notified of the incident when he was picked up? Something is seriously wrong when a three year old is attacked by other children. Thankfully violence is not part of this child's normal world and he shouldn't have to be exposed to it under the supervision of so-called professionals.
