Creme De La Creme

As a first time mom the thought of leaving my baby in the hands of others was terrifying. I thought I would miss all of my baby’s milestones and everyday moments. I was scared she’ll get sick or have an allergic reaction, I was worried about everything from her feedings to naps. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed with warm smiles and just a glow of positive energy by the executive director Macy and fellow staff members. Within an hour I received pictures and updates from the teachers. My child looked genuinely happy. I love how they have handled sickness and allergy reactions is a quick matter. Their communication is top notch. I appreciate all the ProCare updates and emails. Most importantly, I love how Director Macy, Yolanda, and Lauren has created a strong bond with not only my child, but with me. I know I can trust them. I highly recommend this place and I wouldn’t take my baby anywhere else!

We highly recommend this school. The environment is warm, safe, and supportive, and our child is happy to come every day. The staff is kind, patient, and truly invested in each child’s development. My daughter has been studying here for more than a year, we are glad to have found this school. The staff is very friendly and caring. The most favorite period is summer when the water park opens.This is a small art school that helps to discover your child's talents. And most importantly, my daughter is happy to attend this school. And my son has fun in the summer camp, which is also available for older children.

Both my boys have been at Creme, so we've been there a little over three years. When you come in, I think everyone is struck by the positive energy in the center, the smiling faces, there's usually fun music playing, and the decor and koi pond make it really dynamic...whereas other daycares can feel transactional or sterile. The teachers are great at learning who your child is and they care about finding a good solution for any unique challenges. Samar was particularly amazing in helping potty train our oldest. She was consistent, patient and she got results QUICKLY with him. There are many other teachers and staff who are amazing as well - Kesha, Yolanda, Lauren, Inna, Areli, Saba, Letsha, Daisy, Nancy - really, everyone there. Something that really struck me was last summer. We took a vacation for a week, and came back the following Monday. My youngest son came back and you would have thought Justin Beiber was in the building - all of the teachers and even some of the students - made such a big deal about our son coming back. I know he feels special and well-loved when he is there. I cannot say enough positive things about Creme in Glenview (is there a word limit?) but if you live in the area and want a place where you can trust you will get great care for your children, it is the best option far and away. Also our kids have been at daycares in the city and a couple in Glenview while on the waitlist for Creme, so we have a good line of comparison.

Finding a wonderful daycare for my children that will treat them with the same level of care that I do was a problem when I moved to Illinois. This location is beyond fantastic, and Keisha, Ms. Yolanda, and Mr. Bernard are always the same kind and inviting people. The teachers here are wonderful, and I've had no trouble communicating my issues. Just finding a HOME for my babies makes me so happy. I sincerely appreciate your kindness in taking care of them, just as I would.
