Creme De La Creme (Deerfield)

I have been with Creme Mason for over 14+ years. Our school has an excellent environment, loving and caring teachers, including enrichment teachers for Stem, Spanish, Art and Music. We offer a spectacular curriculum with lots of fun activities for all ages. In the summer, we offer a water park, basketball, baseball, tennis and outdoor play equipment. We also offer summer camp and field trips for children 1st-6th grades. Our directors and teachers are excellent and we are one big happy family. Come check us out, request a tour and you will see!

We absolutely LOVE Crème Mason! The teachers are warm, nurturing, and truly invested in each child’s growth and happiness. The classrooms are always clean, safe, and full of fun, engaging activities that keep the kids learning and excited to come every day. Communication with parents is excellent! We always feel informed and included in what’s happening. I especially love the app they use to communicate and it makes my day to get so many pictures of my child. It gives us such peace of mind knowing our child is in a caring, supportive environment where they are thriving socially, emotionally, and academically. We couldn’t ask for a better place!

We have been here with 4 kids and have had a great experience. We have moved but still return to Creme although now a longer commute. Miss Kathy is always such a kind face welcoming you at every visit.

We have had our daughter at Creme de la Creme for over three years now and it has been a wonderful experience. From the day she started there, the staff have been so loving, calm, and kind. The leadership and administrators do a fantastic job of making themselves visible and available to parents and caring for the holistic school environment. The teachers have been a blessing to our family. The building and amenities are fantastic--I love that she can rotate to different rooms, be exposed to different teachers at such a young age, and stay engaged the entire day. It's never easy to leave your child and return to work, but I have always known that our daughter is happy and well cared for in an environment that enables her to flourish.

We have been Crème Mason parents since July of 2019, when we started our eldest, our son, part time at 8 months old.  Our son then started attending full-time back in July of 2020. Ms. Heather, the Executive Director, and Ms. Kathy, the Administrative Assistant, have been there from the beginning. Ms. Miranda, the Director of Operations, has been there for a couple of years now, and Ms. Alexis, the Director of Quality and Education, came on board a few months ago. Before we decided that Crème Mason was the best early education center for our son from the rest of the centers we had visited in surrounding areas of Cincinnati, we toured Crème Mason.  Ms. Kathy was the one who greeted us with such a warm and welcoming smile, and Ms. Heather was the one who took us on our tour, and took the time afterwards to speak with us and answer all of our questions. When we left that day, we knew that Crème Mason was THE center for our son, and, to this day, there is no other center that we would ever have left our son at and where our daughter still attends and has ever since she was 8 months old as well.  Our son started Kindergarten at our local elementary school last August, which is why he left Crème Mason, but, fortunately, since our daughter doesn’t start Kindergarten until next August, we do not have to say goodbye just yet. When people find out that we live in Madeira, but take our kids to daycare/preschool in Mason, they are stunned that we drive that far for childcare, but we do not mind the commute because we know that our children get top notch care there. We and Crème/KinderCare could not ask for a better team of administrators.  They are such a talented and compassionate group of individuals and administrators who each executes their positions to the highest degree and always go above and beyond.  They are the dream team. Ms. Kathy is the face of Crème Mason.  She has never ceased being the Ms. Kathy that we met years ago when we went for our tour: warm, welcoming, caring, helpful, and so on and so forth. Ms. Heather, too, is the same Ms. Heather we met years ago.  She is an incredible Executive Director who has an amazing knack for hiring terrific teachers and then thinking about which children and parents would be best served by which teacher and vice versa.  There are few leaders nowadays who lead by example, and Ms. Heather is one of those.  If she is needed in a classroom to assume the role of teacher for a period of time, then she will do that, and she will do it with joy, and she won’t just be a passive participant, but an active one.  And that goes for Ms. Kathy, Ms. Miranda, and Ms. Alexis as well!  They all treat the staff well, and truly care about them, as much as they care about the children in their center and their families. And as highly as we think of Ms. Heather and Ms. Kathy, we think and feel the same of Ms. Miranda and Ms. Alexis. Like I said above, they are amazing at their respective roles, but also are willing to lend a hand at any moment be it to a child, teacher, or parent. I know I have written a lot, but I can’t stop until we give a shoutout to the Crème teachers because they are incredible! They are kind, caring, attentive, loving, and hardworking. Think about it, your children are the most important people in your life. Where do you want them to be while you’re away at work or tending to other matters, and who do you want them to be with? You want them to be at Crème Mason with Ms. Heather, Ms. Kathy, Ms. Miranda, Ms. Alexis, and the amazing Crème teachers! :)
