I can’t say enough good things about this daycare! My 7-month-old daughter absolutely loves it here. The teachers are so sweet and patient with her, and I can tell they really care about the kids. She’s always ALWAYS smiling when I pick her up, which says everything. They keep me updated throughout the day and make me feel so comfortable leaving her in their care. The place is super clean and has such a warm, family feel. I also love that they have different events throughout the year for families. I’m so thankful we found this daycare—it truly gives me peace of mind every single day! 💕

This school is wonderful! The classrooms in this building are beautiful & full of light and nature elements. The playground is massive and lends many opportunity for outdoor experiences. Children here enjoy open snack and family style dining which helps them build social and self help skills. Overall such a great, happy, nature filled environment. Since attending my son has fallen back in love with learning! He is always thrilled to come to school and finds joy in his thoughtfully put together classroom and interest based activities. The care is exceptional and I can clearly see how much love the educators place in their jobs as well as my child.

This daycare posts “bumble bee” signs on utility poles (illegal in Ohio) and hangs banners/signs in their lawn against Mason city ordinance. If they openly break simple laws, how can parents trust them to follow safety and childcare regulations?

We were the first few families to join the BrightPath Mason location. From the start it was the care and attention to the individuals that drew us in. Our baby girl was just a year old when she joined and is still going there with the same love and excitement that she had from the start. 2 years and still going and we still love it as much as we when started. Management and teachers are wonderful to work with and great with kids and they are competitively priced when compared with other centers.

I am leaving a 2-star review because I can’t speak to the service of the employees taking care of the children, but I can certainly speak to the corporation and how it treats its parents. As new parents, like so many others, we jumped on the waitlist before our child was born so we could avoid being stuck without childcare. Once the time came to have him enrolled, our circumstances changed and our son only needed three days of daycare. Because of our financial and life circumstance change, BrightPath charged us $1,350 for services that were not provided based on an agreement made before our child was born. As a business owner, I understand that there is a business to run, but I also understand that my clients come before money. Rather than discussing the matter with us through email, they sent us directly to a third party collection agency without an email response, which I found to be rather unprofessional. Again, I’m sure the caretakers are great and that your child will be well taken care of, but I would appreciate the same treatment from administration.
