I have had the best experience at this daycare. Leeann, Savana, Ms Traci(who I always refer to as the mom of the classroom:)), they are awesome. My kids love coming here. I have an autistic son as well who attends & they seem like they take good care of accommodating him & his needs. Very communicative & seem very organized. They always answer the phone when I call, & always answer all the questions I have. Very respectful & caring. Thank you:)
The absolute worst childcare program I have ever experience. I don’t know where to start. The reviews cannot be real. They have to be friends or family members to help with ratings. The staff are lazy they don’t interact with the children. Most days the teacher was sitting in her chair yelling at the children. The kids run to the door and on a bad day out the door. It’s inappropriate for children to hug and jump on other parents entering a classroom. Clearly a lack of boundaries. You don’t know the backgrounds of these individuals picking-up. They seem to be out of ratio. I witness the after school teacher literally get down at eye level and scream at a child to GO SIT DOWN! My child cried everyday at drop off and came home with horrible stories of getting bit and hit and never once received an incident report. I spoke with the director and she seemed concerned and indicated that she would look into it. In fairness we pulled our child after the last incident so I can’t say if it was addressed or not. The teachers have kids that attend the program and it seems they tag along at the end of the day which begs to question how you’re able to tend to the other children in your care. The building could use some upgrades and clean up at entry. The play area is minimal. Just an overall awful experience and daycare program. The state should come in to review the conditions, staffing ratio and programming.
My child was harmed at this daycare. I have yet to be called. I did file a police report so that's probably why I haven't been called. But she came home and told me a teacher hit her. She also had a bruise on her thigh that looks like finger marks. The next day when I took her up there she put her head in her hands and said "im scared" over and over. They have tons of cameras but apparently none of them record. I dont recommend. Especially if your child doesnt speak/has a speech delay.
I absolutely love this daycare and all the staff/teachers. And the teachers take the time with the kids to understand them And teach them I definitely recommend the daycare to anyone. It is a safe, caring & loving and learning environment.
Best Daycare I’ve had my kids in. My son came here about eight years ago and the team was amazing then and now I have my two youngest in here again and they are just as great! Had issues with another daycare facility around the area before I came back here and would not change leaving here for the world. They are a great team that truly cares for the well-being of my children, and I trust them completely.
