Five stars truly is not enough. I wish I could rate them higher. This has been hands down the best experience I could ask for. My one year old absolutely loves going to school, and adores his teachers (literally the greatest teachers in the world). The entire staff, from the directors and teachers to the kitchen staff, are all absolutely amazing. I have felt completely at ease with my son being in their care. I am forever grateful for the love they've shown my son.
We are so thankful to have found this wonderful school for our kids. We have tried several other schools nearby and this one is by far the best. Teachers and staff are so nice, and consistent. Everyone greets you when you are there. Other families are also friendly and welcoming. It truly feels like a community, a family, when you are there. It's not the newest facility, but it's the warmest and friendliest. You would be lucky to have your kids go here ๐
Both our children have been with CSA since 12 weeks (now 7yo and 4yo). Each of my children have had the most amazing and involved teachers, that we connect with inside and outside of school. My 7yo was beyond prepared for kindergarten and thrived through the transition thanks to his teachers at CSA. Since Kiara became director you can tell thereโs just a huge level of positivity from the staff and student every day.
We started with the Creative Schools of Apex in September. I've waited a couple of months to write this review because on our very first day, we came home with two incident reports. As a first-time parent, my initial reaction was fear: "Did I make the wrong decision enrolling my child here? How could this happen on the very first day?" However, over the past 3 months, through the daily interactions with the teachers as well as follow up from the director, I feel confident that the caretakers at the school are doing their best and that I have made the right decision. My child seems to enjoy coming to school and often times will wave and give big hugs to the teachers and staff. I've also come to realize that it's the wild wild west inside those toddler classrooms and the teachers are actual angels. My bad. Pros (for me): - They have a really great web cam system that has clear resolution so you can actually see your child. - The kids spend quite a bit of time outside, even in cooler weather (but they are strict on making sure the kids are bundled). - They put a lot of care into their monthly events. They had a "Fall Festival" hosting trunk or treats, bounce houses, face-painting, even a live band. - They have a great, nutritious rotating menu for the kids.
We have 2 children that have been in this center since they were 16 weeks ( now 5yo) and 6 weeks (now 2yo).We have always felt like family. Our 5 year old started kindergarten this year, and we felt like he was very well prepared socially and developmentally. We love the curriculum and Soccer Shots offering. We are sad to be leaving bc my job changed and we are moving to a center closer to home, but I highly recommend CSA!
