Highly do NOT recommend. This daycare used to be GREAT when it was Cream Of The Crop and Dianne owned it. Ever since she sold it, it has completely went downhill. It’s extremely unorganized and the staff is uneducated on important matters. Highly recommend going somewhere else!
DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD here to Kids Connect-ANY LOCATION!!!!!! I walked in to pick up my 11 month old. To her screaming crying in her crib . While the teacher did absolutely nothing about it. They said she had looked like this all day. No phone call or message sent on bright wheel was ever made. I HAVE ATTACHED THE APP WHERE NO UPDATE OR NOTIFICATIONS HAVE EVER BEEN RECIEVED BY THE DAYCARE CENTER! I would like for the owner to attach call log records of the attempts " made" to call myself along with photos from bright wheel. I did not mention my past due balance as I was more than happy to pay that to get my children out of your terrible facility. The way my daughter looks in the photo attached should not justify your actions your workers left my daughter the evening of pick up on 8/20/25.
My daughter has attended this daycare since before the transition from Cream of the Crop and Ms Marcie has always been a kind and dependable employee. She is always informative and helpful with all the questions I have and my kiddo loves being a part of the group. She greets us everyday with a good morning and a good bye at the end of the day. Ms Samantha is the teacher in the classroom my daughter is placed in for after schoolers and her relationship with her is most definitely one that even my older kids can see makes her happy. I appreciate the hard work of all of the employees to make it comfortable enough for my youngest to feel at home while there. Keep up the good work!
I am the assistant director here at Brentwood on Eldridge. Ms. Marci is very sweet and understanding. She will become one of the best directors. Mr. Hugh is also a very good owner, he is very sweet and understanding. He also knows what’s going on in his center and comes by to check on everything. This is by far one of the best centers I have been too as an employee and for my children.
Brentwood Academy goes above and beyond to meet the kids needs. They meet my expectations of how I want my child to be instructed and taught. She is always open to new thoughts and ideas and always ready to assist in any way. With Ms.Marci now being new management, I am sure it will only get better! 😊
