Cos Kids

As a grandparent of two children that attend COS, I feel so welcome when I visit and love the positive vibe that emanates from both the kids and staff! The loving care given to the babies, toddlers and kids is sincere and endless! I truly feel the employees are there for the kids - it’s not just a job for them. Also, thanks to the administration of Heather and Addison the morale is high and the curriculum has improved. I was able to volunteer for the summer Water Day and the recent Fall Festival which were both so fun for the kids and community! It feels good knowing our grand babies are in such a loving environment!!

As a parent of two young children enrolled at C.O.S.Kids, I feel incredibly grateful to be a part of the C.O.S.Kids family. I wholeheartedly recommend this center to any parent looking for a place where their children will be truly cared for and cherished. What stands out the most to me is the love and intentionality that radiates from every staff member. The teachers don’t just “watch over” the kids – they pour their hearts into each classroom creating an environment where curiosity is encouraged and children are supported to grow. Under the guidance of the new administration there’s been a renewed sense of purpose and positive energy that can be felt when you walk through the front door. Communication with parents is clear and consistent. Truly grateful to have found such a supportive, nurturing, and caring environment!

I am so grateful for the amazing care my son receives here. From the very beginning, the staff made the transition to daycare so smooth for both of us. His teachers are wonderful, attentive, and truly caring. I love that I get picture and video updates throughout the week, along with real time notifications about his naps, diaper changes, and daily activities. It gives me peace of mind knowing how his day is going when I’m not with him.

We have been at COS for 4 years and both our kids have had great experiences with their teachers. All the teachers know their names and greet them so kindly each morning. The leadership and administrative staff are committed to staying in good communication and creating a positive and nurturing environment. We love COS!

I was late on a payment and was told there would be a late fee, so fine I had other things to pay for like gas to go to work and had a car repair.. I went to pick my son up and one lady blocked me from the door to pick up my son and said we need you to make a payment today. I told her I didn't have it, and reached to open the door to get my son. I felt as if she was trying to block me from going to get him. The next morning I came to drop him off, the director Heather told me I couldn't drop him off without a payment. I was only 2 weeks behind and I get paid twice a month. They sent me an email saying that his place would be held until May 8th. The next morning I had the money and paid them online. Then I received an email saying that I couldn't bring him anymore, 2 weeks before the 8th! They had already put a now enrolling sign up before this. Well I have been on the waiting list for almost a year now and apparently they had availability sooner and just didn't contact me. They sent me emails constantly when I was at work. One time the email said I owed $6000 and he had only been there for 2 weeks. Just a bad experience..
