What Parents Say
Color Us Kids Learning Center receives mixed reviews. While several parents praise the teachers' kindness and patience, recent reviews raise serious concerns about management changes, staff turnover, communication failures, and unprofessional behavior from leadership.
It’s been awesome experience with color us kids my daughter started with color us kids 2020 Dec. till date I have no regrets at all. The teachers are awesome, kind, caring and cheerful The management are very good with there job, Polite in talking no stress at all. Mostly Ms. Angela and Ms. Michelle are the best Ms. Michelle knows how to calm you down with her sweet words. The management deserve an award trust me My daughter is always excited to go to school every morning and am glad I made the right choice of school I recommend color us kids that’s the best daycare for your kids.
Color Us Kids is not a kid freely place. The establishment goes through staff like nothing. It's not a safe place for your child to attend just this week my child has had 4 accidents under the new management. Not to mention they are telling us the director and assistant director quit. Which is not true, you can't even trust them. How can you trust, to have your kids in their care. Anytime you say something they stated we will investigate and never do. Just look at the other reviews and see how many times they stated we will investigate it.
My children have been attending Color Us Kids since 2013, and I feel as though the teachers there are a blessing, from the newborn room up through Pre K (both of my children have been there at some point in each room newborn to Pre K). They are patient and kind and have a fantastic succession program, therefore when one person must leave due to personal reasons or internal growth, there is someone in the wings ready for a seamless transition! Currently both the manager and the assistant manager have at some point taken care of my little ones in a classroom, and I am happy that this company promotes from within! Great job CUK, keep loving the babies!!!!
Not an experienced facility for children with challenges. My child has had an horrible experience here. Due to my concerns with my child’s interaction and lack of showing my child the attention he/she needs, I decided to speak with the director, Lacey Kine and in return, she decided to present poor communication skills. The staff, including Lacey Kines, the Director was very rude and and not forth coming in helping my child succeed here. Lacey continued to tell me that what she could have done ( such as kicked my child out) but not tell me what we can do together to help my child have a better experience. I also asked to speak to Lacey’s boss or her superior’s boss but was told there’s not a point to do so because management will not get back to me. She also refused to give me anyone’s number or contact. I have also asked multiple times for contacts and to be reached out to, but I am still waiting.
My child was looking forward to Pre K this year and now I have been told the teacher want be working there that she quit. It doesn't add up when she just wrote a notice about her going back into Pre K. Color Us Kids make too many changes for them to working with kids. Change is good but they have too many. I guess we will be looking for another Pre K program we was only attending because of the teacher
