THIS DAYCARE NEEDS SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!! I dropped our son off at the day care center at 8am and picked him up around 5:30pm. When I picked him up and we got to the car I found his shorts were soaked, his thighs were soaking wet, and his diaper was full of poop and pee. I knew immediately it was the same diaper I had dropped him off in that morning. Typically, he is picked up by family, but I know of 5 other occasions where he was picked up and his diaper was full. The day care center confirmed that his diaper was not changed 1 time the day I picked him up. We begin to question how long had this been going on and requested videos be pulled a few days leading up to the specific day this incident occurred. The day care agreed they would do this and have answers to me by that following Monday. Monday came and the day care refused to show us videos, said they would mail our sons items, and would not answer our calls any further. There were other occasions with the day care where our son was bitten 3 weeks in a row. The biting wasn’t the issue, but the issue was the day care was not notifying me immediately when this happened and the bites were severe enough that they broke skin. Finally, by week 3 I requested to see the video on the final incident and both teachers in his class were sitting on their phones and not watching the children. We are worried sick as to what else could be on the videos the day care suddenly refused to show us. Also, I can’t imagine our son is the only one that something like this is happening too. Letting a child sit in their on feces is child neglect not to mention the rashes and healthy infections this causes. We put our trust in this day care to watch and protect our son. I have documentation of conversations, check in/check out times, the bite marks, messages they forgot to call me when he was bitten, photos of his wet shorts from sitting in the same diaper for 10 hours, and a recorded phone call of the day care confirming his diaper was not changed. Please please help us get the word out that this day care needs shut down immediately.

For five years, my two children attended Class Act Childcare, starting with daycare and later transitioning to after-school care. Now that they are old enough to not need after-school care, I can look back and genuinely say that our experience with this center has been exceptional. As a foster mom with young children, it is paramount for me to find a safe, nurturing, and communicative environment for them. Class Act Childcare has consistently provided this and more. Naturally, there are moments when kids will be kids, but what stands out to me is how effectively the center director and staff handle these situations. They are always prompt and transparent in their communication, ensuring I am fully informed of any incidents and how they were addressed. The staff's dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for the children have always left me feeling confident and at ease. They create an atmosphere where children can learn, grow, and thrive. I am continually impressed by their commitment to fostering a positive, supportive, and engaging environment for all the kids. I currently have a foster baby that is autistic and the staff’s dedication to helping this child succeed, is nothing short of amazing!! I am pleasantly pleased with Class Act Childcare and wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent or guardian looking for a reliable and caring childcare facility.

We are so thankful to have a childcare provider that we are confident love our children as their own. Our two children attend Class Act and absolutely love it. Our son has the greatest teachers ever and we could not be more blessed. The pictures I get throughout the day mean the world. Our daughter loves her class and her teachers. She talks about her day as soon as we pick her up. She has learned so much and I can tell she continues to daily! It may not always be the best day, but we are thankful she recognizes her not so great days thanks to her teachers and the director! Have there been minor instances in the classroom because after all these are rooms full of infants and toddlers, absolutely but the teachers are quick to inform or quick to respond when asked about something. The open line of communication is so reassuring.

Class Act Childcare has been a godsend for me and my family. The staff is amazing, especially the director Rita. She puts her heart into this place and you can tell she loves the kids and she loves her job. My little one is in the 3 & 4 yr old class which they call private preschool. They actually have a curriculum so it's modeled like a school, not just a daycare center. My son absolutely loves it here, he gets up on Saturday morning and asks if he will be going to school. I can go on and on... but if you are looking for a daycare center with great trustworthy people who actually teach your kids, this is the place to go! Thank you Class Act, you guys are incredible!

Both of our boys have been attending Class Act since they were infants and are now 2.5 and 4.5 years old. This has been their second home and I can’t thank them enough for how well they have treated our kids like their own and helped to teach them so many things. They love getting dropped off everyday and always talk about what they did each day. From simple outdoor play to learning during center time, they thoroughly enjoy each and every day. The staff has been wonderful and usually good on communication. And let’s be honest that kids will be kids and contrary to belief, are not always angels lol. They fight and bite and bicker and have hard days like us, but even when there are incidents involving our kids, the staff lets us know what happened and they have always handled every situation in the best way. If you are looking for a great place for your children to be and not have to worry and know they are well taken care of, I would suggest checking with them to see if they have any openings for your kids age bracket. We love Class Act Childcare and how they love our boys!!
