DO.NOT.BRING.YOUR.CHILD.HERE!! If I could give this place a negative review, I would. This place has been the worst experience for us. I had my daughter enrolled for two and a half weeks and she had only attended 5 full days out of that time. They would call me every day, one hour into my shift, to pick her up. They would "suspend" a TODDLER to not come back for days over such mild things. They completely put the blame on the child and parent for THEIR total incompetence. Anything to make their day easier. I am a single mother and they have no remorse about calling me out of work EVERYDAY and still expect me to pay full tuition. They do not care about the children and only about their convenience and the money. Once I had enough and wanted to unenroll my child, they proceeded to tell me that I had to give a two week notice with those weeks paid in full. I called the owner and left a voicemail and she had never called me back. The director of this place is cowardly and would only say "you can call the owner", "it is policy", or just stay silent. I worked in daycare for 4 years and have never seen a place ran so horribly. I was never allowed to call a parent out of work because of a child being a little difficult and not acting the way they wanted them to. This place is a fraud. I cannot say that enough.

My daughter had a wonderful Pre-K teacher here. However when I unenrolled my daughter, they continued to charge my account and the owner refused to refund me the money. The first time I talked to the owner she blamed it on Covid and promised it would be fixed. 2 weeks went by and my account was still being charged, so I called the owner and she said they changed their rates and forgot to notify me and bill me correctly, so I owed them. She stole $600 from me and didn't care to make it right. I had to file a claim against them through my bank to get my money back!

If I could give this place negative five stars, I would. My children went there years ago and my son just told me that they would hit him with a stick and put him in the corner for no reason. I can't confront the people now because it has been a long time, but I can voice my opinion now. My heart is broken to learn of this now. There was one incident that my son did tell me back then that I was able to handle. A worker grabbed his face and did not have an explanation as to why she would put her hands on my child. No, my child does not have discipline issues and never have. I am highly pissed about this. They are also money hungry...or used to be. They tried to double charge us on the daycare tuition. It was automatically debited out of our account and they still tried to scam us.

Don’t send your kid here. They don’t care about your child. The director of this place only cares about your money. My son was there for a month and the teachers had been calling him by the wrong name. He came home with bruises and no incident reports were made. I brought it up to the director and she said the teachers probably just didn’t see anything happen... which is obviously a problem. He didn’t have his own cubby like all the other kids and he would cry every time I came to pick him up seemingly traumatized by the way these people treated him. When I brought all of this up to the director she proceeded to tell me that I didn’t have to keep my child there, but if I wanted to pull him from there she would be taking money for 2 additional weeks. This place should be shut down.

My son goes here currently and all I have to say is DO NOT ENROLL YOUR INFANT OR TODDLER INTO THIS SCHOOL. I’m with everyone saying if i could give them negative stars I WOULD. The preschool is great, my brother went here for preschool and we had no issues. My son is 13 months old and he’s been here for 9 months. in those 9 months i’ve lost 3 jobs and had to drop out of school again because all they do is call me and tell me to come pick him up over the simplest things such as diaper rashes, small very very minor injuries, behavior problems, or simply because he made a mess on himself. all these ladies care about is their next check. I’m friends with a few of the girls that used to work there and they told me they choose not to report injuries, will call you to pick up your child if they get frustrated with them or they’re having a bad day, and they collectively say horrible things about the parents that bring their kids in. I, myself, have been told personal things about another mother and the way she chooses to raise her son. straight bashing on her sweet pure heart. this is not a daycare, this is simply just a holding cell.
