Childtime Children'S Center

Childtime in Chandler has truly been a second home for our family. Three of my children have attended here, including my youngest who started as a newborn and is now almost three years old. From those very first days as a nervous mom dropping off my 4 & 2 year old to my tiny baby, to watching my children grow into confident, happy little humans, Childtime has been there for every step of our journey. The love, care, and patience shown by the staff is something you cannot put into words. Eileen, Yolanda, and Stephanie, along with every single team member, have treated my children as if they were their own. They didn’t just provide childcare they supported us through milestones, learning moments, tough mornings, and all the little phases of childhood that mean so much to a parent. As a mom, there is nothing more important than knowing your children are safe, nurtured, and genuinely loved while you’re away. Childtime gave me that peace of mind every single day. My kids have built confidence, friendships, and beautiful memories here, and I will always be grateful for the role this school has played in helping raise them. If you are looking for a place where your children will be cared for with heart, kindness, and dedication, Childtime in Chandler is truly special. They have been part of our village, and our family will always carry that gratitude with us.

Our experience has been very positive! We love our son's teachers and classroom. I can check on him throughout the day through their live camera system, which gives me a sense of calmness throughout the day. They are always keeping the little ones busy and happy with multiple activities. Our son is very happy at his new school. Thank you!

Amazing daycare! Mrs. Down , Ms. Allison and Ms. Gwen are wonderful with my baby—so sweet and caring. The director, Eileen, is always supportive, and the front desk team, Stephanie and Yolanda, are super friendly and helpful. The whole place feels safe, clean, and welcoming. Childtime has been an incredible experience for our entire family. As parents of an only child, we were initially concerned about enrolling our daughter in daycare and how she would adjust socially. From the very beginning, Childtime gave us complete peace of mind, and that positive experience has only grown stronger over time. The staff is exceptional—warm, engaging, and attentive not only to the children but to parents as well. They go above and beyond to accommodate scheduling needs, offering flexible options whenever conflicts arise. A special shout-out to Stephanie, who has been a constant source of support since day one. She always greets us with a smile, provides helpful information, and radiates positivity. Thank you, Childtime, for creating such a welcoming and nurturing environment. Our daughter has truly bonded with the staff, and that speaks volumes about the care and dedication you provide!

Our experience with this center was mixed. The infant room was positive and some teachers were caring and attentive. However, after moving into the next classroom, the level of care and organization noticeably declined. There were frequent staffing changes, and children were sometimes placed with older groups, which raised safety concerns. Belongings were often misplaced, and communication between staff seemed inconsistent. On one occasion, our child was picked up with a severe diaper rash, which raised concerns about how frequently children are being checked and changed. When this was brought to management, the response lacked empathy and follow-up. While some staff members were kind and dedicated, the overall experience did not meet the standards we expect for a childcare facility. Families may want to carefully evaluate their options before enrolling.
