This place has gone downhill significantly. Especially being bought out just tells you what this place is just about. It’s extremely disappointing to see a childcare center that appears more focused on money than on the well being and development of children. Decisions continue to be made that clearly do not prioritize families or kids. The assistant director, Sarah, is consistently rude and unprofessional. Her attitude is completely inappropriate for someone working in childcare. As for the director, Angelica, I rarely see any leadership or involvement beyond sitting at a computer. There is a serious lack of engagement and accountability from management. Many of the teachers appear to be there only for a paycheck rather than out of genuine care or passion for teaching. That alone should concern any parent considering this center. Instead of relying on AI generated responses to address concerns, management should focus on actually doing something useful to improve the environment, leadership, and overall quality of care at this facility. I strongly encourage parents to look elsewhere. Your children deserve better care, better leadership, and an environment that truly prioritizes them not profits.

My son started here at eight weeks old, and the time spent in the infant room and toddler room were amazing. Unfortunately over the last year we have seen a significant increase in high staff and family turnover. There are only about three people left at treehouse who were working here when we first started two years ago. It is very concerning as a parent to see such high turnover and really makes you wonder why teachers aren’t staying. It’s also concerning when things are not communicated to you as a parent. Parents are not notified when a teacher is leaving or is not coming back, and we were not notified when we were getting a new teacher. In the two’s classroom alone, it seemed like we were getting a new teacher almost every other month. We never knew if it was going to be a substitute or if it was the new teacher that was hired. They had four assistant directors in the two years we were there. The most concerning thing for us however was the lack of potty training happening in the two classroom. I asked for two months for my son to start working on potty training because we were doing it at home, and they didn’t start working on it with him until he was bumped down to the toddler room due to ratio. Ms. Angela had him potty trained within a couple of weeks, but then when he was bumped back up into the two classroom all of a sudden he was having accidents. When I questioned the teacher about it, I was told it was because she didn’t have time because she had too many kids. The final straw for us was when we picked my son up multiple times where he was still wearing his pull-up from nap and his underwear on top of it. He had clearly not been taken to the bathroom after nap time, and not been changed. I spoke to the director, Angelica, about it, then two days later it happened again. When I told her it happened again, she told me she hadn’t had time to talk to the teacher about making sure that the kids are being taken to the restroom after nap time. even on the last day we picked him up and his clothes were soaked. When I questioned the teacher about it, she said it’s because he spilled water on himself but it was the back of him that was wet, not the front where water may have spilled. He smelled like urine, and they let him go outside wet and with no jacket despite the fact that he had a jacket there. At one point my son came home with a circular bruise on the inside of his forearm. I showed it to the assistant Director, Sara, and later she sent me a message stating that they believed it was because my child had been poked with a wood chip. A wood chip does not cause a circular bruise in the inside of the forearm, especially when the child was wearing a jacket. A wood chip is not going to poke a child through their jacket and leave a bruise like that. We believe my child was bit, but the two classroom was always so chaotic I don’t think the teachers realized it had happened. When I would try talking to the director about my concerns she was more worried about defending herself rather than listening and trying to resolve issues. I don’t regret the time we spent at treehouse, but unfortunately it does not feel like the same place we toured and enrolled in in 2023.

This response BELOW is exactly what parents can expect when concerns are raised denial, deflection, and an attempt to protect the business rather than acknowledge real issues. In our experience, allegations were not taken seriously, and state regulations and internal protocols were not followed as claimed. Concerns were repeatedly brought forward, yet meaningful action was never taken. Instead of addressing the root problems, leadership allowed them to continue. Staffing changes were not occasional they were constant. !! Qualified, consistent teachers were not maintained, and positions were filled out of necessity rather than care or experience. ! The lack of stability directly affected the classroom environment and the children.!! Communication was not effective or transparent. Concerns were met with dismissiveness rather than accountability, and families were left feeling UNHEARD!! Parents deserve honesty, qualified caregivers, and leadership that prioritizes children over reputation. Our experience as PARENTS did not reflect the standards described in this response, which is why EVERY PARENT LEAVES! We are sharing this so other families can make informed decisions. Don’t reply to try to sugarcoat things just to make yourselves look good. The reality is that this place has lost more teachers than it has gained, and that shows a bigger problem than what you’re presenting. People deserve honesty about what’s really happening.

We have been at this daycare since 2018, and under the previous owner the center truly flourished. Unfortunately, the quality has declined drastically under the new ownership. There have been troubling allegations of pinching /inappropriate discipline, constant teacher turnover (it felt like a new teacher every month), and very poor communication from management. We even attempted to address our concerns directly and mediate, but it was clear they were not willing to listen or make changes. We ultimately decided to remove our child for their safety. If you value a stable, safe, and caring environment for your child, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Children’s Treehouse has been such a wonderful experience for our family. I have to give a huge shoutout to Kiana—she’s truly one of the best teachers there. My goddaughters, KayKay and Lilo, absolutely adore her. You can tell they genuinely love having Kiana as one of their teachers, and it’s clear she genuinely enjoys spending time with the kids as well. The daycare overall has been very understanding and accommodating, which makes a big difference. Anytime I’ve had questions or concerns, they’ve been addressed quickly and professionally. It’s a place where I feel comfortable knowing the kids are safe, happy, and cared for. Highly recommend Children’s Treehouse for any parent looking for a supportive and loving environment for their little ones.
