If I could, I would rate this place zero stars. The unprofessional manner in which they answer the phone indicates it is not a suitable environment for children.
Teachers are great. The office staff is useless. I called in advance of sign up for the next session to confirm space on days we wanted to add. I was told it was all set and I just had to turn in the paperwork before the due date and the new session with the additional days I requested would start on March 27. The first day to turn in paperwork, I called to double check the cost, and I was told that they gave away the open spot I was already told I had. No problem solving. No alternative. No help. Just "sorry, I don't know what to tell you." I was counting on the schedule I confirmed with them previously. Plans were made based on their word. Now I'm left without any options.
This is an awesome program for children! The teachers engage in activities with the children which is great. This is a must program for after school as well :) I would 100% recommend to anyone with a child.
Teachers are very nice and supportive. A lot of activities for children to learn from.
