Terry Matlock School Perf Arts

Terry matlock schools of performing arts has been a huge part of my children's lives for the last seven years . Their program alone helped more than prepare my two school age children transition into elementary school . They are both performing above grade level!! My third child is enrolled there now and you would never know he was only 3! All of the staff truly care about each individual child and their needs . They make sure that they are in a clean, safe and fun learning environment every day . I hear many of my friends talk about other centers that their children have attended And nothing compares! That being said .I am getting ready to have my fourth child and I will be enrolling her at Terry matlock school of performing arts knowing that they will care for her and help her teach every milestone:)

This center is a wonderful place for children of all ages to learn and grow! Its clean and the staff are highly qualified to care for all the children. I have had many friends bring their children there and have nothing but great things to say. I’m pregnant with my first child and have no doubts or worries about my baby being at Terry Matlock School of Performing arts!!

My children went to daycare here from the time they were 6 weeks old all the way through until they went to kindergarten. The workers are caring, loving and nurturing. The center is very clean and organized. My children loved doing dance, art and music. It's a wonderful center!

I had my infant on the waitlist since I was 4 months pregnant. We had communicated a number of times concerning our intended start date but I was never told that my child would not be accepted from the waitlist until I called to discuss her feeding schedule and first day. I have emailed and called multiple times with no reply to my emails, or when I call, being told that Michele is on vacation when my friends who take their children there tell me that they have just seen her and spoken to her that day. Very unprofessional management. I can't comment on their childcare.

Had my 15 month old daughter here for about 6 summer weeks. The issue is this. My daughter kept getting sick. It was summer and they keep the air so cold that she constantly had eczema flair ups on the 3 school days. Her days off she would be fine. I hired a Au pair and it seemed a bit too late. Few days after my daughters last day her eczema looked off and she also had a fever. Turned out my daughter got a bone infection. Doctors say the eczema being scratched gave the infection a port of entry. On tops of all this the eczema flair up that looked a little off tested to be herpes. 🤬 so, all in all my daughter ended up in the hospital for 11 days. Had 3 surgeries and sent home on IV antibiotics. And now has a virus for life. I’m so upset words can’t even explain. I feel like a failure as a parent as it’s my job to protect her. Being in the hospital I’ve lewrned how they keep the cross contamination to a minimum. This and all daycares should follow the children’s hospital as these are our babies whom are at risk. My daughter got sick. Deadly sick and now has a un curable virus because of your failure to keep the center clean.
