Finding the right daycare for my son was a long and frustrating process. We needed a place that met all of our needs; financially, transportation, location, activities, nutrition, and overall atmosphere. After visiting many options without success, I discovered Childcare Network in the SouthPark area, and it was s game-changer. From my very first phone call with Miss J, I felt reassured. She was patient, professional, and answered all of my questions thoroughly before scheduling a tour. During the tour, Miss Jonnie even stayed late so my son's father could see the facility, which meant so much to us. The registration process was clear, quick and organized. My son's teacher, Miss C, was amazing, highly engaged, and genuinely passionate about helping the children grow. The staff welcomed our family warmly and even encouraged me to contribute to summer activities, which made us feel like part of the community. Throughout our time here, any issues were handled promptly and with care. I especially appreciated how seriously they prioritized my child's safety, such as ensuring he was safely dropped off from the afternoon school bus. When I faced financial challenges, they were supportive, working with me to find solutions. Both the Director, Miss Sonia, and Assistant Director, Miss J, communicated with empathy and professionalism every step of the way. This is my son's fourth daycare since infancy (he is 8 now), and by far the best fit for us. It's close to home, in a great area, and fosters a caring, positive environment. I would definitely recommend Childcare Network to anyone looking for quality childcare. While challenges can happen anywhere, here they are handled with love and professionalism. Thank you to the entire staff for providing exceptional care and peace of mind as I entrust you with my most prized possession!

We have absolutely loved having our son in the infant room. Ms J & Ms D are both the sweetest and we know he’s being so well taken care of because everyday we bring him in, he has the biggest smile for all the ladies. We really like the app with updates & photos to keep us up to date on what our son is doing throughout the day. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you Ms J & Ms D!

My daughter started last week and we’ve had a great experience so far. Miss Jay was super helpful in answering all my questions beforehand and providing reassurance and allowing me to view the facilities again before she started in the infant room. Miss Serena in the infant room is so sweet and communicative and receptive to trying to follow our schedule with our daughter. They all clearly care a lot about working with kids and were so sweet the first day dropping off our baby, holding her and getting her familiar with the classroom. Every time I’ve picked her up she’s been sleeping or very chill, clearly had a great day. They even do small activities for the infants to keep them engaged. The staff is so friendly and positive and communicate/ answer your questions well it makes it easier to leave your baby with them all day.

Our daughter has been attending this daycare for about 2.5 years, & we've seen real growth & improvement during that time. Under Ms. J’s leadership, there’s been a noticeable increase in consistency—not just in daily routines & activities for the children, but also in communication with parents. We really appreciate the regular updates through the app & the sense of openness with the staff. The quality of the teaching team has also improved, & we have to give special recognition to Ms. Shameka, who has been a steady, positive presence throughout our daughter's time here. She brings such warmth & leadership every morning—she’s truly a gem. If you're looking for a dependable, nurturing environment to start your child in childcare, this is a wonderful place. It was the perfect fit for our family—close to home, welcoming, & without the years-long waitlist that some Charlotte-area centers can have.

Choosing Child Care Network on Park South Drive has been one of the best decisions for our family. Ms. Z Jay, the Director, and her dedicated staff go above and beyond to make sure our children feel safe, comfortable, and truly cared for while we’re at work. They take the time to understand each child personally and provide a nurturing, engaging environment where our kids are excited to learn and grow. Their commitment and personal touch have far exceeded our expectations. We’re incredibly grateful for the love and support our children receive every day!
