It's been nearly a year and there has still been nothing that has happened with this daycare. No one within " Child Care Network" as a business cares. Protect yourself and your children by staying away from this daycare. Additional update: This daycare said there was a physical incident with my 2 year old and a worker. They hid the incident from my wife and I. They did not report an incident had happened to the state Until 3 weeks after the fact. They have done all they can in my opinion to hide this incident. Please read this full review before bringing your child here. UPDATE: This facility does not record only live stream video. Since they do not report to parents when a major incident happens ( I.e. a teacher purposely hits or pushes a child with the intention of hurting your child) if you send your child here it's basically OPEN SEASON ON THE CHILD. The facility will do what they can to hide the incident from you, the state in our case did not contact us first. My child is 2 and unable to come home and say " daddy a teacher hit me today" plainly. This facility is not safe. I've seen the reviews that say " ohh since they new management, since this and that" but it comes from the top. The people working the facility are told to not share any information or tell parents anything. If you child is at this daycare please take extra care and attention to your child. This daycare facility is a hub for danger to children and should be avoided at all costs. My 2-year-old child was hurt at this facility, and they deliberately hid the incident from me. I was never given an incident report, although I later learned they did report it to the State. However, the State's delayed response meant a month passed before a former employee informed us about what happened. We had to proactively contact the State to get any information. This was not an isolated incident. My two-year-old son experienced two other worrying situations at this daycare. On one occasion, his diaper was not changed for almost an entire day, resulting in a terrible burn-like mark on his leg. Another time, my two-year-old child left the facility with a bloody nose. While we were told this was due to another child kicking him, we are highly suspicious of this explanation, especially since the worker who was supposedly supervising him was later fired for hurting my son in the separate incident they tried to hide. This daycare has a clear pattern of concealing incidents and minimizing parental concerns. When we confronted them about these issues, the facility stated they "do not have to tell us when a worker hurts or hits a child," a statement they reportedly made to other parents as well. While there may be a couple of good, caring workers at this facility, the overall environment is unsafe for children, especially toddlers like my two-year-old. Bringing my child to this daycare is a decision I deeply regret. We were forced to involve the police and contact the state multiple times before any serious investigation began. Based on our experience, it's not a question of if a child will be seriously harmed here, but when. The facility's management seems indifferent to the safety and well-being of the children in their care. When I contacted the corporate office, they claimed to have no knowledge of the incidents. The director at the facility explicitly told us they didn't have to inform us about the injury to our child. It is our belief that this facility routinely hides incidents, reports them to the state to appear compliant, and then tries to sweep everything under the rug. Avoid this daycare if you possibly can.

I called the phone number listed on the website. Hit the option for enrollment center and tour and was directed to a very nice lady who took all my information. She asked when I was looking to enroll my daughter and I said as soon as possible. She said, let me check with the center. I waited a few minutes and she came back and said oh this is great news we do have an opening for our summer program and after school program, and confirmed the address for the center again. We finished the call and set up a tour for the next day. When we arrived at the center the next day, ready for the tour, I was told they DO NOT have any openings. That POSSIBLY August there would be an opening. My confused look said everything, "I was told you did have openings, what happened?" She said oh you must've talked to someone at the enrollment center. "YES I did, isn't that what they're for?!" She proceeds to tell me that it's a call center and they don't know the specifics of each center. I'm sorry but what's the point in having an "enrollment center" if they don't handle these things? I'm sure the center is great but with my absolute frustration I did not continue with the tour. I hope others don't have the same issue.

We would be absolutely lost without our Childcare Network Georgetown family! We have been here for just under a year and we are so thankful for this place! My son learns every day and loves to tell us all about his adventures with his teachers and friends. We get updates with pictures throughout the day. I really know that his teachers and the dirt and assistant director truly care about my child. I love love love that we have parent teacher conferences so that we can get an overview of how’s he doing. So very thankful for our Childcare Network!

Absolutely read my honest review before you consider this daycare. My children attended this daycare only from August 2023- October 2023, and I had to pull my children and go part time at my job losing a good amount of my income because this daycare is a nightmare! I don’t even know where to begin because this place has THAT many issues! First of all nearly every Monday they will message you about 630am telling you that they are at capacity and tell you that you will be needing to make other arrangements for your children. In the 2 months we were there this happens at least 4 times. The staff seems improperly trained and just extremely inexperienced, and incompetent. My son was terrified of a child at this daycare and he would always cry before going in and say “ Tyler(pseudonym) is mean he pushes me down and hits me and takes my toys.” Which I understand that kids will behave this way sometimes however the staff would let this child run rampant and mistreat other children, not just mine. I saw this for myself when I dropped them off one morning, I saw “Tyler” grab another child’s toy push and push him down, the other child just cried and the teacher did absolutely nothing. She did not comfort the child or even redirect “Tyler” on his behavior. My children were never angels by any means but once they were in this daycare their behavior changed dramatically, both of them developed behavioral issues in that short time that were never present prior to this daycare and I am still working with one of them currently on his habits and behaviors from this place. I will say this facility is clean and it appears to have a lot of equipment for children and looking in on this place you would think it is a really great environment for your children but it is anything but that. Staff needs serious training from state officials and better leadership to be a safe and stimulating environment for children. This is nothing personal against anyone at this facility I just want to warn anyone considering this daycare.

With all of the new admin this has become one of the best daycares I know of. The time they have taken to make things better is not going unnoticed. The teachers are so sweet and love all the kids. The food is incredible!
