I do not recommend this daycare. This week I went to pick up my son and the children were playing outside when I heard a teacher yelling at him. At that moment, my son’s father called the daycare to speak with the director, and the teacher told him my son was having bad behavior. I was there the whole time, standing behind the window, watching what was happening. When I heard the yelling, I immediately went out and took my son with me. He was only playing with two other children, and those children also got scared when the teacher yelled at them. I wonder why they are caregivers if they don’t have patience with children. That was when I understood the reason my son cried every day when I dropped him off.
My family has been dealing with this Childcare Network for years now. They have always been family oriented and friendly people. This place is clean and has a good energy to it. The current staff is that deal with my 9 month year old are so patient and kind. My son loves Ms. Yancey / "Ms.Lowe" My wife and I have been dealing with Ms.Lou for years, she's one of one. Oh by the way, the coffee is great.
My grandchildren absolutely love her new school. She goes into her school happily and ready That means everything. She's happy. My other grandchild comes home and tells me all the things that she has created at the school and she loves that there are children her age to play with. Thank you to Ms. Luann and all the staff We really appreciate you making sure our girl's have a fun and safe environment where they are happy.
3/10 do not recommend! My child no longer attends this daycare but hopefully they’ve changed things around and have new management. My child came home with a black eye twice and i did not get a call about it once it happened and barely got an explanation. I asked to see the cameras and was told “only management can look at it”. Almost all of the teachers were not very welcoming and seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Would not recommend your child going here.
I absolutely loved my son's teacher Ms. Ana. She was very informative, supportive, and easy to communicate with when it regards to my child. She gives great advice and insight about information that would be helpful and useful to use on a daily basis. She’s love all of the kids especially mine, and we will certainly miss her as he starts this new journey in his life called preschool.
