Child Development Laboratory-Msu-Haslett Campus

In Mr. Phillips class my child is being forced to wash his hands to the point that they are cracking open and bleeding. When I tried to address this issue with Mr. Phillips he was extremely rude and told me I would have to talk to the office instead. The office was very understanding, but it is extremely excessive to have to fill out a medical release form for a child to be able to put on lotion after they wash their hands, and it is asinine to have a child wash their hands EVERY time they touch their nose.

Our family is so thankful for MSU CDL. Our son was on a waitlist since birth and there is a reason...it's amazing! The teachers are highly educated and prepared for a diverse array of young children. You will not find this at most other childcare settings in the greater Lansing area. Our child is neurodiverse and they have been nothing but welcoming, supportive, and kind. He is thriving. He was, at a point, of hating childcare (prior to CDL) but now, once again, "loves MSU preschool". CDL is NAEYC accredited- a national seal of excellence in early childcare. Get on the waitlists- be patient. It's worth it.
