Area manager Trish is completely unresponsive to messages. Before school started it was IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone to answer simple questions about the program. So unresponsive in fact, that the wide open registration ended up having a waitlist by the time I FINALLY got a phone call back after leaving at least 5 messages and speaking to the rather useless "national family support" line three times. Area Manager Trish provided me misinformation that resulted in me being charged late fees and never bothered to get back in touch with me even though she said she would. She has continued to be completely unresponsive to my follow up messages requesting refund of late fees charged to me because of her own misinformation and instruction to me not to pay until she corrected my billing (which was apparently not incorrect in the first place). Trish doesn't know what her program charges. Additionally, staff on-site seem to have no clue what is going on, are unable to answer any questions about billing or scheduling and don't even bother to greet me or my son in the mornings upon arrival. Also, I pay $67 a week for ONE day of after school care which accounts for about 1.5 hours of childcare. I pay $78 a week for FIVE days of before school care. How does this make any sense?! The national "family support line" informed me I would have an answer on the waitlist a week after school started but still NO INFORMATION is available. This place is run completely unprofessionally and is very disorganized. I am writing the school board to convey the disappointment in this program and urge them to consider an alternative for our district. This is not even close to what I'd expect from childcare on-site in a district school. I am sourcing alternative options and strongly encourage anyone else to do the same.
This place is very unprofessional and unorganized to say the least. Since the beginning of this school year, it has been very agonizing experience for my daughter. She does not feel comfortable. The teachers there allow bullying and no action is ever done which is very appalling. We will be removing our daughter from this sham of a daycare.
We have discontinued use due to the staff being untrustworthy with a lack of integrity. My daughter will not be returning to a Champions program!
My son absolutely loves this program! All of the staff is wonderful, patient & caring.
