We had an excellent experience with Berryhill Child Care, especially during a very important stage of our son’s development. When our son was younger, he had tubes in his ears and temporary hearing challenges. The staff handled this period with patience, structure, and genuine care. What really stood out to us was how engaged and intentional the teachers were—so much so that they taught him basic sign language to help him communicate while his hearing was limited. At one point we noticed him making hand gestures at home and had to Google them, only to realize he was signing “more, more”—we couldn’t stop laughing. It was a great moment as parents and showed how attentive and adaptive the environment was. Once his hearing improved, his verbal communication progressed rapidly, which we attribute in large part to the structured, positive, and engaging atmosphere at Berryhill. Walking down the hallway, you’d hear teachers singing with the kids, talking with them, and actively engaging, not just supervising. It always felt warm, organized, and intentional. We’re grateful for the care, creativity, and developmental support they provided during such a critical time. Highly recommend.
We had an amazing experience with Mrs. Jess as our daughter’s pre-K teacher. She is kind, patient, and incredibly dedicated to her students. Our daughter learned so much under her guidance, both academically and emotionally. Miss Jess has a special way of connecting with children and making them feel supported and confident. We feel very fortunate to have had her as a teacher and highly recommend her to any family. Our daughter is now thriving in Kindergarten.
We came from kids discovery where the level of unprofessionalism was WILD. My son was always acting very out of character at school and home during his time there. We moved to berryhill and he’s been back to himself ever since! He absolutely adores his teachers and can’t wait to see them every morning. He talks about Mrs. Shannon and Mrs. Jess all the time and misses them on the weekends 😂 Shannon is always so good with her communication if there are any incidents or concerns at all and Mrs. Jess really cares for every kid in her class. We are so grateful to have our little in a school where he is safe and loved every single day. 10/10 recommend!
