We loved this daycare I brought my daughter for Pre-K and she absolutely loved it. Great teachers who actually care about the children in their care. My daughter has learned so much and I’m so grateful for Ms. Rachel and staff!
I couldn't be happier that we found this place for my son. The past reviews say that it's small and semi outdated I don't think that's accurate. It's smaller than most daycares but I think that is actually a very good feature. There are the same teachers each time who come up to greet us every day when I bring my son in the door. Rachel, the owners daughter has been more than accommodating with my crazy schedule. Most importantly my son absolutely loves it here! If you want a chain daycare where your child is one in 200 then this isn't for you. If you want a daycare where the staff and owners truly get to know you and your child individually, I couldn't recommend a better place.
I am so thankful for the family oriented staff. I worked in daycare for years, I know the "in's and out's" of the big franchise owned spaces but this place is nothing like them. I love that my 2 year old is happy, well taken care of and leaves with a smile every day. I never have to wonder how she is doing because if I need to check in, the staff is always responding to messages. A family owned place is the best way to go for my little girl and I am thankful we have Carrollwood Village Pre-K
I am new to the state from up north and the conditions here are concerning. The location is next to a power station(health concerns). I called and spoke with Diane to advise I wanted to stop in for a tour. She quoted me $110 a week, meals and snacks provided. I walked in and it smelled of stagnant urine. The facility was terribly filthy. Diane seemed to be a um, simple, women, her daughter was nice but the facility had hygiene issues! If I could rate this no stars I would. I do not want to further bash this place but I wanted to right a review to help others, like myself, in their search.
Small family business with a loving atmosphere. Very attentive and responsive. So glad I found this place for my toddler. She loves the staff and actually wants to go to daycare now :).
