I have always been so reluctant on sending my children to daycare based on all the horror stories I hear. My husband convinced me of enrolling our baby to this daycare and I am absolutely grateful I took the chance on them. They take such good care of my daughter and she loves going. They are always so friendly when we drop her off and they treat her so well. I would definitely recommend this daycare for those weary moms, not all daycares make your child feel at home and are patient with you but this daycare and the staff definitely do.

This is the best daycare in the Killeen area. Everyone that works there is so kind and caring and treated my kids so well. My kids actually enjoyed going to daycare since day 1 they said it was the best daycare they’ve ever been to. If I didn’t have to move they would still be attending.

After enrolling our 3 year old son to Caring Hands, we decided to take him out after two days. The main reason is that my son does not want to go back. He loved going to his previous school and making friends. But he kept wanting to stay home after the second day. On the day we went to go register, we were given a tour of the facility and decided to enroll our son. He was really excited about going to school and making friends. On the first day, we had gotten off work early to pick up our son and I heard my son crying. My wife went over to the nap room and he had completely wet himself and was sobbing very hard. He was probably holding his pee all day and the staff never bothered to change him to pull ups. They assured us they will change him tomorrow. On the second day, he was more reluctant to go but we told him his teacher and friends will be there and he showed interest in going. We had gotten off work early to pick him up to check up on him. When the director brought our son back, we noticed about a 2 inch gash across his cheek and scratch marks on his face. When asked about it, the director kept on insisting he must've scratched himself. We were both flabbergasted and she finally went to go ask his teacher. The teacher came over to us and explained that a girl scratched him because my son pushed her. It bothered both of us that 1) director kept wanting to cover herself by insinuating that my son scratched himself 2) she didn't know about the incident despite it having had happened early in the morning 3) no one ever apologized and insisted that things like this happen 4) no one bothered to apply any ointment or bandage his wound. I've talked to the director about our situation and she has asked us to continue bringing him so that he can get accustomed to his new daycare. When I brought up the issue of the refund, I noticed her attitude changed and was adamant there is no refund. When we went to go pick up my son's things two days later, the director never bothered to step out of the office to talk to us and instead we talked to the office manager. She said their policy is no refund. When we asked how long we can bring our son if he changes his mind, the director blurted out from the office until the end of the month. It's very disappointing to see both the director and the office manager so helpful and friendly in the beginning and then treat us this way. Ultimately, Caring Hands was not a good fit for our son and we are out of $600+.

My two oldest boys have been with them for over three years and my youngest a year. They treat my kids as if they were theirs. The owners are awesome because they talk to you to get to know you. All the teachers are amazing and do an awesome job. My four year old who is getting ready to go to school is already learning how to Wright his name and more his teacher is fantastic. And my one year old she absolutely loves the kids she treats them with kindness and respect. Wouldn't go to another daycare by far the best one I have been to.

My two boys are starting here soon, and during the tour, I was able to sit down with the director and directors assistant. They were very nice, and helpful with answering all and any questions I’d had. They also have cameras so they can monitor the kids, and all in all, I feel comfortable with sending my kids here.
