From the moment we enrolled, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and supportive. They truly care about the well-being and development of each child. The facilities are clean, safe, and filled with engaging activities that stimulate learning and creativity. My kids love the variety of play areas and the outdoor space, which allows them to explore and enjoy nature. The teachers are qualified and genuinely passionate about their work. They create a warm and nurturing environment that encourages my children to thrive. I appreciate the regular updates and communication about their progress and daily activities, which gives me peace of mind. We’ve been with this daycare for over a year, and it has been such a positive experience. Thanks to them, my daughter is now more confident and less timid. You can see how happy she is to go to daycare each day, which means so much to me. What I appreciate most is how approachable and communicative the staff are. Unlike our previous daycare, where i would received occasional pictures but never had the chance to see or connect with her teacher. I now have a meaningful relationship with my child’s teacher, and I feel comfortable discussing her progress. Thanks to them i truly now feel like i am part of my child’s growth and development. After searching for a daycare, a friend recommended Busy Daycare, highlighting their homecooked meals and consistently clean environment. Now, after a year and a few months, I feel confident sharing my experience. My child is very active and often restless, which made it challenging to find a daycare that would work with his energy. Busy Daycare stood out not only because they accepted him but also because they genuinely helped him thrive. Shortly after enrolling, I received a detailed document explaining my child's behavior, development, and daily activities. This was incredibly helpful as a first-time mom, giving me insight into how he behaved when I wasn’t around and helping me establish a routine for him at home. My child has a spirited personality, and many daycares had turned him down because of his frequent outbursts. However, the staff at Busy Daycare showed incredible patience and worked with him to develop a structured routine. Their support and understanding have been invaluable in helping him manage his energy and emotions better. As a first-time mom, I deeply appreciate how they’ve helped me create a stable, structured environment for my child—something every parenting book emphasizes as crucial for young children. Review from an actual client, not friends to keep ratings up. The daycare was highly recommended to our family by trusted individuals. We were enthusiastic about this recommendation and received a warm welcome when my grandson began attending. However, within a few weeks, we grew concerned about his reactions during drop-off and pick-up times. Although the administration was amicable and maintained communication with me, the teacher did not extend the same courtesy to my daughter in terms of expressing any concerns or providing feedback regarding his daily routine and activities. Each day, the teacher reported that he was doing well, yet unexpectedly, my daughter received an "incident report" indicating that he was not napping and was unable to adhere to the routine necessary for the teacher to take her lunch break. The administrator referred to this as an evaluation report, although the document clearly labeled it as an incident report. I visited the daycare to discuss these issues with both the teacher and the administrator. During this meeting, I was informed that he was not napping and was having difficulty following the established routine. We explained that he is only 1 and half years old and that we would be amenable to other ideas such as sitting in the next class or allowing him to watch TV during nap time, as there is no need to force him to sleep. Subsequently, the administrator contacted me but appeared unwilling to consider the points I was articulating. She disregarded the insights I provided as an experienced parent and did not acknowledge my perspective. We are paying for a service via cash payments to this center, and there should be no reason for us to feel that our child was an inconvenience to either the teacher or the facility. Ultimately, we decided to transfer him to another nearby facility, where he is thriving and napping without hesitation or issues. His demeanor is calmer, happier, and so pleasant during drop-off and pick-up times. In summary, while Busy Bees 2 is a commendable daycare with friendly staff and a good supportive environment, it may not be suitable for toddlers who require a bit more nurturing attention. Overall, we expect these facilities to care for our children as if they were their own.
