Building Blocks

They are exceptional with caring for my daughter, specifically while transitioning from infants to toddlers. We had an issue on Friday, but they resolved it Monday morning before 9am (extremely fast due to nobody working on the weekend). Thank you!

I'm not sure why someone would write a review when they don't have any kids that go here but rather what they heard from friends and family. I would be interested to know why they took their children out since the poster didn't specify. Anyway, my son has gone here for over a year and I really like the level of care they provide. They seem very genuine and are very professional in the way they care for the children. My son loves his teachers and is always happy when I drop him off and pick him up. I also want to point out that the staff are all adults and most with their own families.

This was an amazing daycare. My sons first teacher was the BEST. we got semi close and talked about things here and there. She mentioned an issue that happened between her and the center director, Liz. Someone overheard and told Liz about her telling me and she was fired promptly. I inquired about why she had been let go out of genuine sadness over the fact. I was wrote up for it. Ever since then i have been wrote up for literally anything she could semi justify to herself. My son has had bruises and knots multiple times since changing to the new teacher. Before, they wrote incident reports for EVERYTHING. but nothing really since the teacher change. My son told me his teacher was who caused marks on more than 2 occasions. When asked, they "don't know what happened." Nor would bother to find out. Today he was terminated over a miscommunication issue prior to a field trip. I simply explained that i understood what Liz was saying but that i was only confused due to other employees and the Secretary telling me different. We stayed with the group and enjoyed the day. Liz even having many conversations with my mom at the field trip about personal things and her personal life. Never once said anything to anyone of us. He rode back to daycare with his class and i picked him up about 30 mins after their return. Everyone was nice upon arrival despite his teacher literally gasping when she seen me. I asked her what was wrong and she smiled and said nothing. I got my son as usual and was walking out when Barbara handed me a sealed envelope. I sat in the parking lot to open it and found out they were terminating him TODAY over parent/teacher conduct? Do not get on Liz' bad side, she is spiteful and cruel. Anything that shows minor conflict with her or what she says, will end in drastic unfair treatment. But she NEVER says anything to you herself and leaves and tells her henchman Barbara to give it to the parent. Liz is a crooked person and definitely not the Christian or honest person she claims. Very unprofessional and runs the daycare based on personal opinion. This daycare was amazing. But not because of Liz. She did nothing but sit around and explain how she is superior. The center rules and way of doing things, which are set by federal regulations, are top notch. It is the higher up staff that decreases the value of this center by more than half.

I have not heard or seen anything outstanding from this child care center. The friends and family who have had their children enrolled have never kept them here for extended periods of times. I have also noted that staff members and employees are ranging from 16-21 years of age that are providing care for the children.
