We have been with Brite beginnings for years and never had any issues until recently. A month ago I was called to pick up our child due to him being “sick” (which he was not). When I showed up, it was nap time and his day care worker was laying on the floor asleep. More recently, our 4 month old was was giving solid foods without our approval, and the fact that he has been given a specific formula due to possible food allergies really upset us. To this issues, the owner of this facility as well as the teacher have basically said sorry you’re upset, without trying to fix the issue. Do not use this daycare…This use to be a great place, however this is sadly no longer the case.
Amazing place, my child loves it, they teach my child great things!
