My son attends Brilliant Beginnings and I am extremely pleased with the quality of care provided by the center. The staff is amazing and are dedicated to growing and nurturing the whole child, both mentally and spiritually. All activities are developmentally appropriate and I just love when my son comes home with a new completed project. My little guy has never attended a childcare center before and his teachers, the director and assistant director work lovingly to make a smooth transition for both me and my son. A huge 'Thank You' to the Brilliant Beginnings staff!
We just started little over a month ago here and we love way more than our previous daycare. Someone always greets us in the mornings and when leaving. My youngest had some trouble adjusting to daycare, but the teachers were so kind and patient, he adjusted in no time. They even took him to see his big sister in another room to help calm him. My kids are always excited to tell us what they did in their class rooms that day. The price is also extremely manageable. Would recommend to anyone!
My son is learning so much and the teachers are awesome! My son is all boy, climbs falls everything. So, as soon as something happens. I get a call right away, and it just really eases the situation. They have also improved so much on cleanliness and the structure has really improved. I really enjoy taking my son here and my son enjoys attending. Great staff and great daycare!
My daughter has been at Brilliant beginnings Norfolk since the end of October 2016 when she was 6 weeks old. Since this time, my daughter has had a few incidents here and there normal toddler activities. I was always immediately called and forms filled out. I am beyond thankful for the staff and the Owners quick response to any questions I have ever had! I honestly couldn’t imagine my child going to another facility. She is always super happy at drop off and pick up. The staff is always very friendly, polite, and professional. I don’t foresee her going anywhere anytime soon! They have activities all the time and you always get a daily report. Our walls at home are filled with wonderful paintings and keepsakes from the center. The only thing I have an issue with is for vacation days, it must be M-F in order to get it 1/2 price. Otherwise you pay full price. Even if your child was there for 1 day. Not everyone gets to take traditional Monday -Friday vacations.
I love this child care center the staff here are absolutely wonderful. From the very first time i met. Ms jennifer she made me feel so welcomed after my visit of the center without a doubt i knew this was the. Environment form granddaughter.te teachers actually welcome her with open arms as sooas sh arrives at the svhool.inthe morning.my grandaughtr is 10 months old and within a week they had her actively walking an learning and developing her motor skils i a see what a long way my grandaughter has come within 1 month from being at briliant Beginnings learning and enrichment center.. My grandaughter loves everyone there. This daycare is one of if not THE BEST in entir hampton roads area thanks everyone for all your love and support. And for being there for Kynlee😇❤ Renee Wesby
