My two children have been going to Bright Minds for almost a year now. I have a four year old and a two year old both stayed with family till putting them in Bright Minds. I was scared as I tried a well known daycare in Covington but got calls daily about my children crying and they didn't want to deal with them , Ms. Susie welcomed both of my boys first day with love and open arms. My two year old loves Ms. Susie and my four year old looks forward to going to the Pre-K program and the after school program. If you are looking for child care that will love your children like they are theirs this is the place hands down. I couldn't be more grateful for the staff and Mr. Vinny. The communication is always there.

I am giving it a 4/5 because they are not perfect by any means but I can say I felt safe with my child being here and knew she was loved and well taken care of. I brought my daughter here after a bad experience with another day care where she constantly got sick to the point where she had to get surgery for ear tubes from chronic ear infections due to the teacher being negligent and not following proper cleaning protocols in a class of toddlers and infants. Bright Minds was a breath of fresh air. They are very clean and they love on your babies. Ms. T took really good care of my daughter and was an amazing teacher. Mrs. Flemings was such a communicative and wonderful director. They both promptly addressed any and all of my concerns and made me love sending my daughter here every morning. The only reason my daughter no longer attends is because we are moving too far, but I honestly considered the drive because I love them that much. Highly recommend.
my child has been going to this facility for 6 years. as what some may deem as a “helicopter mom” i can say that I have been very pleased with the service provided for me and my child. Everyday my child has come home excited about something new he has learned and that is nothing more I want as a parent.
