What Parents Say
Little Angels Early Learning Academy receives mixed reviews with four 5-star ratings praising the loving, clean atmosphere and dedicated staff led by owner Mrs. Phoebe, but two 1-star reviews cite serious concerns about staffing levels, security, disease communication, and adherence to state guidelines.
I absolutely love this daycare, My daughters have been going here for four years and they have grown so attached to mrs.Phoebe and her employees, I wouldn't have it no other way when it comes to this daycare even with Mrs.Phoebe being the owner she actually takes up time with the children and I love that my kids come home singing songs and showing me things that they have learned. If you've been searching for a Good, Loving, clean, Fun atmosphere might I add they have ( visible windows to see your child interact with their peers) you definitely want to bring them here!!! You wont regret it, I'm forever grateful for this place!
My kids have been going to little angels for about 3 1/2 years. My kids love the school and the teachers. Mrs. Phobe is always so kind and understanding! I would not want my kids to be anywhere else. We love little angels!
I have had my ups and downs with this daycare to which my toddler has been attending for about 2yrs now. The issues I had with this facility is the amount of teachers they have available. They don’t even have someone at the front desk to greet you and visitors when they arrive so anyone can freely walk in the facility without anyone knowing. The owner is barely there and when you call the facility it goes straight to her cell phone when she’s not even at the location. I literally walked into the facility on one occasion to only 1 teacher for the entire facility all in 1classroom all from ages newborn-teens. Whenever a teacher calls out the owner uses her teenage kids to substitute because she doesn’t have anyone to cover their shifts. My child was attacked by an older kid while being locked in a stroller. I’ve never seen a daycare use a stroller before and they use it often to keep the babies away from the older ones. When your child does get attacked you will NOT get a phone call from anyone. The facility had “hand, foot, mouth” disease and didn’t inform me and my child caught it. They didn’t follow state guidelines at all. I rather pay more my child to be in a more stable business setting. This should be considered a “home daycare” it doesn’t feel like a REAL daycare facility at all. The owner is delusional thinking she’s running a business and when you bring up FACTS she gets defensive and uses quotes like “well your child doesn’t have to come to my daycare” and “don’t tell me how to run my daycare” I’m a concerned parent who knows the state guidelines and if my child is involved in the situation I want things done by the book!!! Period!! Nothing personal!
My grandchildren have attended Little Angels for 3 yrs now .Ms.Phoebe and her staff are very professional . I WOULD recommend this daycare to anyone .
Great Center!
