I don't know what has happened to this location in the past two months but, bullying has become prevalent here and staff does not seem to care or do anything about it. I try to raise my children right and avoid confrontation but now I'm going to have to tell them to fight so they don't come home with bruises and to stand up to bullying because telling the staff doesn't seem to help. Because right in front of a parent they told my child to be quiet about being kicked by another child. I'm a veteran and I cannot stand people who raise their children wrong and allow it to affect my children. your early childhood development center then you need to act like one and either have a parent a parent conference with the affected children so that this can be handled.
VERY nice facility. I've worked her before in the 1 yr old room and they are just dolls! Management team and staff were very polite and I enjoyed working here while I did. Recommend your child going here! I know they are very sanitary and nice. One of the best in Covington.
Our child was left on playground by herself. I understand things happen but this is something that can not happen. I would be cautious in sending your children here.
