This school changed our child's life. It was a beautiful community of educators, families, and although our child only attended the school for a short time, Bright Horizons left a lasting impression on all of us. The care with which the children are given is unmatched. The attention on each child's development is crucial, and so apparent in everything they do. Our child learned to write, use critical thinking skills, developed interpersonal relationships, diversity, all in a place that is safe, inclusive, and fun! Somehow, every single day there were new adventures, projects, and experiences for the children, more than I could ever imagine. If you are considering enrolling your children in this school, look no further.

I am so grateful for the Infant 1 teachers, Ms. Natasha & Ms. Hillary! They take great care of my daughter, and I could not think of a better place for her to spend her time while I work full-time. From the photo updates to the daily notes, I always feel well informed of what adventures my daughter is up to. My daughter lights up every time she sees her teachers, and I know that we have found her a safe and happy home away from home. Miss Natasha and Miss Hillary of Infant 1 classroom are absolutely the best!! We’ve been part of this daycare center for over three years, with two kids in different classrooms, and we couldn’t be happier. Like many parents, we felt the anxiety that comes with choosing a daycare and leaving our children in someone else’s care—but from day one, the staff at Yale West put us completely at ease. The teacher consistency is unparalleled—our children have had the same primary teachers the whole time, and overall turnover is very low. Communication is excellent, with regular updates through their app alongside open, ongoing during drop-off/pick-up/parent-teacher conferences. The teachers feel like co-parents, supporting our kids through every milestone with so much love and attention. We feel connected to the entire community—the teachers, support staff, other families, and the center director. The space itself is gorgeous, clean, and designed with your little ones in mind. It’s such a supportive and welcoming place, and it truly feels like our "village".

We have had both of our children attend Bright Horizons at Yale West Campus and if we had another, we would be overjoyed to be able to send them as well. In fact, after my job location changed, there are many child care centers closer to my work environment, but we have opted to continue attending Bright Horizons. This is because I have full trust that when I drop my child off they are met with love, enthusiasm, professionalism, and utmost care for their development, safety, and nurturance. I have experienced every stage of Bright Horizons child care, from Infants through Kindergarten Prep, and have found them to be exceptional at every stage. The teachers, beyond being warm and attentive, also are highly communicative and I always know I can speak directly with a teacher with any concerns or questions I may have. The director and assistant director are welcoming and responsive and have worked with our family at every stage of development. My children have both benefited immensely from the curriculum and overall enriching environment and are prepared to enter Kindergarten both academically and socially. I would highly recommend this child care center to anyone who is looking for a facility that allows them to feel secure and confident as a parent that their child is in good hands.
