This day care is a horrible day care. Ms. Amona (Director) is the devil in disguise. She is not a woman of God like she proclaim to be. Ms. Amona and caregivers are liars, and they cover for each other. The daycare is super dirty and they use bleach (which is not good for some babies, may cause breathing problem). There are flies and roaches everywhere. The babies' chairs, toys, and cribs are super filfthy. Alpha day Care center is full of uncaring, heartless, and lying caregivers. The day care is for careless parents that just need a place to drop their kids. And they don't care how filfthy the place is. Parents please beware and do your research. They charge $160 per week, cheap is not always good. Please do your research and follow your heart, before select this daycare for your little one.
They are very unprofessional came there for an appointment for 12:30 and no could assist me and every time I called to tell the staff I’m outside they would hang up the phone never again I waste my time going there.
